The company responded promptly from my inquiry. Set an appointment and kept me up to date as the time progressed. The technician came when scheduled and did the work quickly after explaining the options. I opted for a fix as opposed to a replacement. It was doable and it was done quickly.

Called to have some plumbing work done. Having moved from a different state I was unsure of local codes. To be sure I didn't mess anything up in my house I checked a few places and decided to go with On Time Plumbing. They were helpful and answered all my questions and got the job done right the first time.

Emailed On Time on a Sunday afternoon and they called me back within the hour. Phone tech was clear and professional. The tech, Richard showed up ready to work. Replaced our hot water heater quickly and thoroughly.

Richard came out on a Sunday for an emergency service when I discovered a leak coming from my upstairs bathroom. He proved to be a knowledgeable, skilled and professional plumber who really cares about his customer. On Time plumbing is great - from the dispatch to the service and follow up. I highly recommend.

Jake the tech, was quick and knowledgeable. Matt the manager who called to set up the appointment, was extremely helpful and clearly knew plumbing. We have some projects slated for the future and will definitely be calling On time Plumbing for them.

Technician Jake quick to conceive, and apply creative, and applicable solutions to my particular plumbing needs, which, incidentally had stumped previously engaged pros. It is difficult to do them justice in a review because it will come across so positive that it will seem fake. This is an actual review by a real customer. Last weekend, my wife decided to be her own plumber after watching some YouTube videos. To make a long story short, she snapped the pipe coming out of the wall to the toilet. After calling several companies who either flat out refused to come out on the weekend or were going to charge a ridiculous rate to do so, she came across On Time Plumbing Services. She was told that someone would be right out, and she was told there would be no extra cost. Only, should there not be any work they could do, they would charge just under $50 for an inspection fee. The plumber for the service, Richard, showed up exactly when he said he would the same day, despite having to drive from over an hour away. He was extremely polite and professional. He ended up having to hammer into our concrete wall to get to the busted pipes, and he quickly repaired what my wife had broken. We ended up deciding to have him replace the entire toilet, and I was amazed with the price he quoted. Once he pulled our old toilet up, he discovered that the flange in the floor was cracked by roots growing up through the slab. He had to hammer all of this out of the concrete and replace that too. So, broken pipes in the wall, broken flange in the slab, new toilet, and he installed an aftermarket bidet we had that I was too lazy to have already hooked up myself-all of this on the weekend, and the total cost was approximately $900. Everything now is brand new and has been working perfectly for over a week.I'm thrilled to have found an honest, skilled, reasonable, and pleasant plumbing company. I hope these guys can handle the business because I'm going to tell everyone I know how happy I am with their service.

Just had my first experience with On Time Plumbing today. The technician was clean, on-time, very pleasant, and he seemed to work fast (maybe that saved me a few dollars?).
He kept me informed of what and why he was doing things.
The scheduling was very good because they gave me a time window when I first called, then kept giving me text updates. When he was actually on the way, they gave me his location on a map to show how close he was.
Highly recommend and I will be using them when I need plumbing.

So much money wasted on a simple call. Thanks for the horrible experience 👎
