Roger and Anthony are an excellent team. Roger first came out to quote us for a new water heater after we struggled with a gas leak and decided to switch our aging system to electric. We’d spoken with several plumbing companies, all with strong reviews, but Black Ops stood out as the most honest, transparent, responsive, and efficient. They clearly explained the work, stayed within the quoted price, and solved a lingering issue—even though it took multiple visits. In the end, they saved us from replacing our water heater and fixed the problem quickly for much less than what some others quoted. It’s clear they love their work and see it as a way to help people. Start to finish, they were fantastic.

I had an outstanding experience with Black Ops Plumbing, owned by Anthony. He came out to assess some major plumbing issues stemming from my old Orangeburg pipes and the calcification in my cast iron pipes. Unlike other plumbers who tried to convince me I needed extensive excavation and full pipe replacement which would have cost me over $40,000, Anthony gave me an honest evaluation. He explained that my cast iron pipes could simply be descaled rather than replaced since they were still in decent condition.

His honesty and attention to detail really stood out. He took the time to explain the problem thoroughly and walked me through the best options. On top of that, after they installed a water softener, I ran into a separate issue with one of the pipes. Anthony sent a plumber (Gavin) out at midnight to fix it which showed incredible dedication. Gavin did a great job.

Overall, the service I received from Black Ops Plumbing was exceptional: honest recommendations, skilled work, and incredible responsiveness. I highly recommend Anthony and his team to anyone who wants quality plumbing service they can trust.

I had Black Ops out to my home to update the plumbing fixtures in our guest bath. Pricing was very reasonable and they were thorough with their work. Our sink was leaking afterwards and they came out immediately to take a look.

I forgot to thank Roger and Anthony! They were the best!!! Don't waste time calling any other company. Quick to respond. They knew exactly what parts were needed. Sending pictures to them would allow them a much better understanding of the needed repairs. If you are looking for an honest company, Black Ops is the one!! I had water leaks in two bathrooms: in the stand alone shower and in the tub/ shower. Both water cartridges were replaced in a very timely manner. And, I also had them replace other miscellaneous items. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Roger and Anthony came out to fix my leaking shower/tub and replaced all my hardware . They did a free estimate and did the work for a fair price that was in my budget. They were quick snd cleaned up after themselves- you couldn’t even tell anyone had been in there. Both of them were very friendly. I would definitely call them snd recommend them to anyone.

I can easily recommend Camden & Sons Plumbing Contractors! I don't remember exactly how we got Raymond’s contact info, but finding reliable plumbers in Lutz is tough, and Raymond is definitely one of the best. He came out to our house before to fix a leaking pipe in the ceiling, and after that first job, I knew we’d call him for any future plumbing problems. You can see from his work that he really cares about doing a great job. He’s always on time, very skilled, knowledgeable, and works quickly but carefully. The quality is top-notch and the prices are fair and clear—definitely good value for the money. Every time he finishes, the area is left as clean or even cleaner than before. We live in an older home, and he’s helped us out of some tricky spots. The service is excellent. Highly recommended!

I've worked with Miguel, one of their plumbers, on four different plumbing problems at my place in Lutz, and every time he's been fantastic. The first time was on our houseboat, where we had a stubborn blockage between our waste tanks that nobody else could fix. Other plumbers tried and just told us we needed new tanks, but Miguel came out, explained everything clearly, met me at the dock, and solved the issue for a fair price. Another time, our septic backed up. Miguel showed up right away and got it working again. More recently, we had a backup in our bunkhouse. When we bought the property, the first septic inspector couldn't even find the septic tank for the barn and charged us a lot. But Miguel’s crew located it quickly, pumped it out, repaired the lid, and installed a new drain field. Even though that’s not cheap, his price was thousands less than another contractor quoted us. Most recently, the supply line to our jacuzzi tub failed and flooded the basement. Miguel came out after hours, found the problem, fixed it, and connected us with a reliable restoration company. Overall, I can’t recommend these plumbers enough. They’re always professional, friendly, and really know their stuff. If I ever have another plumbing issue in Lutz, I’ll call them first.

camden & sons plumbing contractors really impressed me. a while back, my main water line to the house started leaking. the water line runs from the street to the back of my home, and with a long shared driveway, it seemed like a tough job. elias and his father figured out a way to reroute the new pipe almost all the way to the front of the house. they made a very narrow cut in the sidewalk and kept the cut tight along the house by the driveway. honestly, i don't know how they managed to work the pipe through such a tight space, but they did it. they even had to cut through a really thick stone and mortar basement wall to bring the new pipe inside. they worked hard to save me money and kept any damage to the sidewalk and driveway to a minimum. recently, i had another plumbing issue, and i gave them a call. i left a voicemail and got a call back in about 15 minutes. they showed up quickly and took care of the problem. it's not easy to find plumbers you can really trust, but now i always call them when i need help.

Keith is very experienced and really knows his plumbing. We were so happy with the job that we had them come back to install a new kitchen sink, faucet, and disposal.
