Had a recent call out over air conditioner issues guy spent over two hours working up a bill over $500 without consulting me about anything when it came time to pay I was told there were no digital pay options and needed to pay cash immediately, was willing to split two payments but not happy being charged a bill like that with no heads up and the rush to pay in cash immediately was very unprofessional and quite shady would not recommend unless last option

My AC went out Thursday, I spoke with Kaitlin at 9am Friday, my AC was fixed and running better than before by the time I returned home from work! Nuff said ! Great job, oh yeah the price was very reasonable.

This company came out and worked on our ac a few weeks ago, it was a disaster. They cut wires, crimped lines and finally cleaned the coil. They did not bother to clean anything else, we had to do that or leave it dirty! The service guy plugged the unit in too early and had it running backwards before realizing it, a second service man caught it and unplugged it. The unit stopped cooling today! It is 90 degrees inside and my 72 year old mother lives with us and can not handle the heat! I called and was told it would be $120 service fee since it was after hours and I tried to explain the issue and was told, " if you would have called when it happened we would have taken care of it." I told her it just stopped working and attempted to tell her about issues and the services provided when they came out the first time that we believe lead to it stopping yet again but I couldn't get a word in, I told her if I had to pay for something that we feel was their fault we would call someone else. Now we may have to have a whole new unit! I would not send anyone to this company! Apparently they do not back their work!!

I called yesterday & James came out to check my A/C unit today (I wasn't in any rush, I have a window unit & let them know that). He was SO nice, explained everything to me & gave me tips on how to take care of my unit. Definitely will be calling Dependable for any A/C needs in the future!
