Excellent service! Came out on a Sunday and repaired two units. Cody was super professional and talked me through both repairs. I will be purchasing new units from them when the time comes. I definitely recommend them for all your AC needs.

I will be using Hammond Heating and Air every time! Our AC decided to go out last evening so I went on a hunt for the best repair service here in Jacksonville. I came across Hammond Heating and AC and they came highly recommended. I called at 9:30 at night and received a callback within 10 minutes from a technician and they came out first thing the next morning. Terrific customer service, they explained the problem in depth and got us back up and running right away.

All businesses should be run this way. Everybody we dealt with at Hammond H & AC was professional and knew their stuff. Brian, the technician who swapped out our two thermostats showed up on time, with the right equipment and completed the job quickly and professionally. he took the time to explain all the features of the new thermostats made sure we knew how to operate the new thermostats before he left.
We were so impressed, we signed up for an annual maintenance and service contract. I highly recommend these guys.

Hammond responded to my repair call in just a few hours. Jeff was great and explained what exactly was going wrong with my unit. It was fixed in a matter of minutes. Highly recommend!

Friday late afternoon ac stopped cooling. Indoor temp at 82. Called Hammond after hours line. Within 2 hrs Mike Walls of Hammond was on the case. He found the problems and efficiently fixed everything. He went above and beyond with his knowledge, time and commitment. A+++

These guys were amazing! They came out Friday cause our a/c quit working and they got a team together to fix it the next day. Once they were done they explained everything in detail and showed us how to use our new system. Very professional and friendly!

Very professional company! Very responsive - they arrived when they were scheduled. Jacob and David were very polite, hard working and knowledgeable. They were here for almost 6 hours removing and installing a new central heating and air conditioning system. They explained everything they were doing, how the system worked and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them to maintain the new system.

FANTASTIC service. Called with a problem and they sent Mike. And Mike, let me tell you, he was quick, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Everything you want in someone poking around in your AC. I'd leave an extra star if I could. Will definitely consider Hammond again if there's another problem.

Bryan was the tech who repaired my A/C motor and he did an amazing job. Once the parts were in, he was out to my place quick and had my cool air blowing again in no time. He did a very thorough job. I would definitely recommend!

Our ac went out on Saturday, a holiday weekend to top it off. I assumed we were gonna have to go without due to that. That was not the case! Mr. Mike was at our door roughly an hour after we initially called! Mike came in, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and even offered my husband some maintenance tips. He was beyond helpful and we greatly appreciate his and this companies services!
Also, the cost! Again... it was a Saturday, a holiday weekend, and after hours! I assumed we would be looking at a big bill, but I was pleasantly surprised! It was incredibly fair.
We will recommend this company to anyone who may be in need of hvac services and they will now always be our first call.

New unit install. I told the office what I wanted on a Wednesday and less than 30 hours later my new unit was in and running smooth. Everyone was very helpful, courteous, competent, professional and very thorough. They took the time to answer my multitude of questions and explain the answers so i could understand them. This also includes Lisa in the office. Rhett was the diagnosing mechanic and he was great. Kevin and Jimmy were the installation mechanics and they were awesome. They did a great job! It's been a long time since anyone in any service capacity impressed me but THEY did. I wish I had an HVAC company, I would steal them away.

We love Hammond AC! They are always quick to respond, helpful, and attentive. Rhett was outstanding as he immediately knew what the issue was upon arrival. He also took the time to educate me on how to upkeep and regularly help my AC. Will definitely recommend!

Brian is absolutely AMAZING!!! He is professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and timely. With us living in Florida AC is essential. Companies know this and find every little issue to charge you extra. By the time the service is complete they've charged you hundreds and thousands of dollars. BRIAN DIDN'T DO THAT! The price he quoted was honored. He blessed my family and I'll refer him to everyone. He has a customer for life!
