Had a recent call out over air conditioner issues guy spent over two hours working up a bill over $500 without consulting me about anything when it came time to pay I was told there were no digital pay options and needed to pay cash immediately, was willing to split two payments but not happy being charged a bill like that with no heads up and the rush to pay in cash immediately was very unprofessional and quite shady would not recommend unless last option

Called Dependable looking for a part that they did not keep in stock, they pointed me in the right direction that she didn't have to do. Down home helpful folks.

We had water coming into the house from our ac unit. I called dependable and they had a technician at my house within an hour. Our problem was fixed within an hour and they didn't charge as much as I expected. I highly recommend them.

The a/c drain was plugged and I called Dependable to solve the problem. I called around 8am and they were on the job and had it fixed within an hour from my call. Wyatt was professional and courteous. You can’t beat that! Great customer service!!

My AC went out Thursday, I spoke with Kaitlin at 9am Friday, my AC was fixed and running better than before by the time I returned home from work! Nuff said ! Great job, oh yeah the price was very reasonable.

This company came out and worked on our ac a few weeks ago, it was a disaster. They cut wires, crimped lines and finally cleaned the coil. They did not bother to clean anything else, we had to do that or leave it dirty! The service guy plugged the unit in too early and had it running backwards before realizing it, a second service man caught it and unplugged it. The unit stopped cooling today! It is 90 degrees inside and my 72 year old mother lives with us and can not handle the heat! I called and was told it would be $120 service fee since it was after hours and I tried to explain the issue and was told, " if you would have called when it happened we would have taken care of it." I told her it just stopped working and attempted to tell her about issues and the services provided when they came out the first time that we believe lead to it stopping yet again but I couldn't get a word in, I told her if I had to pay for something that we feel was their fault we would call someone else. Now we may have to have a whole new unit! I would not send anyone to this company! Apparently they do not back their work!!

I called yesterday & James came out to check my A/C unit today (I wasn't in any rush, I have a window unit & let them know that). He was SO nice, explained everything to me & gave me tips on how to take care of my unit. Definitely will be calling Dependable for any A/C needs in the future!

Used Dependable twice this year. Outside Fan motor then couple months later air handler cage motor. My 17 year old system is still working just fine. I hope to make it to at least 20 years old before needing to replace it.
The speed of service was excellent and the pricing was fair.

Great service all around
Trevor came and hooked up our new generator. Came out after a thunderstorm but wanted to get the work done before the big storm hit the state. The estimate was fair and and the workers were friendly and professional. They also saw some handyman work that had been done and gave us tips for getting the work up to code. Highly recommend.

They put a new unit in an has never worked right an they will not come out to fix it. I will never use them again an I will tell everyone the same. an they came back out to fix it. an said it was fixed an guess what not fixed....I will hire someone else to do the job right

I went to their office after calling them to get them to come to my house to fix my a/c. They never would come or call me back. So, I don't know the quality of their workmanship.

Our system went out and they came out and gave the best quote so we had them replace the system inside and out they were fast efficient and left everything clean once job was done thanks again dependable for awesome service

I woke up Monday morning 3/5/18 with no heat. I called Dependable they scheduled my service call for 10 a.m. The service tech called me on his way to my home and showed up 5 minutes early, he was very professional and knowledgeable he diagnosed and repaired my unit in a short period of time and at a very reasonable price. I want to Thank the office staff and the service tech for their prompt and courteous service. I will recommend Dependable to all my family and friends...
