Call Bud and David to work on my toilet cause it wasn't working properly! They came out right away and got me up and going! Great guys and great service at a reasonable price!!

Called and spoke with David. He came out same day and fixed our clogged pipe. He was very professional and had our problem fixed quickly.

Called last night around 930 for a dishwasher install due to the old dishwasher plumbing not matching up, they came out within 12 hours of the call and not only hooked it up but made it easier for the next person with quality work

David from drains plus is fantastic Courteous and they are very inexpensive I would rather them do anything plumbing wise than anyone else I can’t recommend them enough they are very very good thanks David for all you did

Our well pump failed on a Saturday night and Bud from Drains Plus was able to be at our property on a Sunday afternoon. He didn’t take advantage of our situation and he didn’t overcharge us because it was a weekend.

Bud at Drains Plus of Jacksonville is the first plumber we call for whatever plumbing need might come up. Called this company on Saturday and explained that I wanted to replace a 20 year old water heater, which by the way was WAY past its prime and a bunch of years too old. Was told they would be out on Monday or Tuesday. Early Monday morning was notified by them they were on the way to my residence.

An EXCELLANT job of removing and taking old tank away. Replaced with a new water heater. Cleaned up after theselves, even placed plastic on my porch so as not to stain indoor outdoor carpet. Happy wife, happy life.

Contacted Bud again for a drain from my open air carport to my pond. They came out and in three days had a drain which is working fine. Another FINE job they provided. Highly recommend them for your water needs.

Awesome people. Called at midnight for a leaking pipe in my well house. Was leaving town for a week and didn’t want to leave the family home with an issue. He came out and got me all fixed up and never one time did I feel like I was inconveniencing him. Number saved in my phone and will be calling for any future issues or upgrads

I called after 3 on a Friday afternoon
December 16, 2022. Dave & Bud were amazing. They said they were on their way home from a job but would come right out (Who does that, no less on a Friday late?). We had found a leak under our bathroom sink.

With previous RV experience they knew what to do. I even told Dave on the phone if you are going to come out thinking it will be just tightening connections; that’s not it. He professionally responded “Ma’am, if we come out, we are going to fix the issue”. FIX THEY DID - Diagnostics, Supplies, Success! This was right before the 6-night hard freeze in north Duval county.

Bud is very personable and professional. Was hoping our issue would be resolved the same day and it was. David was amazing and problem was easily resolved.
