Top-notch high quality construction of every kind. Ben is a highly trusted licensed and insured and highly rated pro here locally in Madison. They put a metal roof on our house a few months before hurricane Idalia came directly over our house. We had one panel dented from flying debris. Not one panel came loose not 1 screw even as we lost half of our barn roof 100ft away.

I want to give Ben and Christy an excellent review! Ben agreed to take on
the construction of my new home and he did a great job! He put up with my last minute changes and did it with a smile..I had a couple of small issues after moving in and he took care of them in a timely manner. Ben's construction is top quality! I would use him again!

I want to give Ben and Christy 5 stars for their help with our new construction house. My husband and I were acting as an owner/builder and needed help with subcontracting out our house. I initially contacted Grass Construction to help with our trusses and ended up using them to dry in our house. Ben and his crew were very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. Ben was also very helpful on helping us find materials and recommending subcontractors to help us finish our house. I would definitely recommend Grass Construction to family and friends.

There are no words that could truly covey just how fortunate and grateful we are to Ben Grass, his wife Christy, as well as, their amazing team at Grass Construction, but I will try.

In the planning part of the process he provided expert advice about our plans, features and structural aspects of the house. Unlike other builders we dealt with in years past, he was not trying to push upgrades, he just wanted us to get the house we had always dreamed.

In the building phase we could tell that his attention to detail and involvement in every phase was second to none. At every stage he was there personally inspecting the work of his team and subcontractors to ensure the best quality. No house is built without a few bumps in the road, however he would always identify and fix any problems along the way. He also doesn’t just meet building code standards, his team exceeds them. Our home is very solid, quiet and well insulated. This will be the last home for my wife and I and we love it so much.

In closing Ben Grass as a person has integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and a deep pride in his teams work that you just don’t see often these days.

Hiring Grass construction to build our forever home was the best choice we could have made and we are grateful to God for putting him in our path.

Both Ben and Christy are a pleasure to work with. Ben and Christy are both highly detail oriented, customer service focused and actively listen. They really truly care about you & the home you want to build!

A perfect example; I really wanted a particular light fixture (a total of 3) for two bathrooms. Not only did Christy speak to the manufacturer but also to the retailer to make sure I got those items, which look spectacular in the bathrooms. She reiterated to her workman to handle these items with care when installing them.

Ben made common sense suggestions. We always discussed pricing and various options.

Ben would keep us informed during the build, receiving pictures and updates. He discussed building codes and how they will affect our build.

Ben put us in touch with various local vendors to assist in acquiring items such as carpeting, LVP flooring, granite countertops and vanities, just to name a few.

I had heard of Ben while visiting Florida and everything I had heard about Grass Construction was spot on. His reputation definitely preceded him. Once we met Ben, we knew, Ben and his team would build our new home.

Stephen & Christin are the best! Very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I have never seen anybody work harder than Stephen. The clock means nothing to him. He stays until the job is done, and done correctly. He just did a complete new service on our old 1970s home. Trenched 120 feet for the burial, exterior main and new interior panel. If we ever have the need for electrical work, I wouldn't even consider anyone else. 10 stars!

Great service! Bob and Joey work intensely and do very high-quality work.

No free estimates. He will add it into your bill if you pick him for the job. He left my hallway floor a mess. He quoted a 4 and a half hour job, it only took him an hour and a half but still changed me the full 4 and a half hours.

Very pleased with the work they done for us and they was quick. Came shorty after I called and got the issue figured out and fixed. Will be calling them again if any other issues occur for sure.
