I have had nothing but great service and knowledgeable help. I would definitely recommend Mr. Burnette! He always calls me back if I have a question or need anything. It’s difficult to find these things, these days, but he’s just not like that.
He has done a great job for my husband and I!

They were amazing! They were here within 30mins of calling. Super professional, friendly and knowledgeable! They didn't just snake the pipe they used special equipment that actually cleaned it out leaving it as if it were new piping. Very reasonably priced. Will use again and would recommend to everyone.

Not only a good friend, but always willing to help even when you ask the man to stop what he does for a living to help you with something that ain’t his problem whatsoever. My well wasn't pumping water. Mr Burnette came out quickly - within a couple hours, looked at it and he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it quickly. He took the time to show me how to avoid this issue in the future. Very friendly and charged a fair price. They are now my goto company for plumbing/well issues. Carlton was very responsive, he was able to help me within a day. He got in and helped solve every issue I was experiencing with my pipes. He's friendly and very knowledgeable about his trade. He called back the next day to make sure everything was running okay. Would use again if I feel overwhelmed with a plumbing problem.

I called an was quoted a 20 min response time. He got there in 10. Mind you it was after 4pm on a Monday. This is an outstanding business. My burst pipe was fixed within minutes an my water restored. I can’t praise them enough. Bless the people that work here

Mr. Burnette and his son responded to our outdoor plumbing emergency within literally 1-2 minutes of our call... And then had it all FIXED in less than two hours, including him leaving to get what was needed for the repair. We can not say enough about how pleased and surprised we were by this! I had a plumbing emergency, and they showed up in about 20 minutes! The plumber got right to work, fixed the problem quickly, and was very professional and friendly. I’m extremely happy with the service and will definitely call them again if I ever need help!

Matthew Brownings service is the bomb dot com! I called him and expressed concern for needing two bathrooms and a kitchen changed out for inspection and insurance reasons. He understood the need and the urgency. He did the job the same day! Please call this young business man for all your plumbing needs!
