We hired Kevin, and have had nothing but great and professional service from him and his lovely crew!

Kevin and his company do a great job! I tried for 8 years to find a yard service who could provide excellence service. This is who I recommend.

I hired Kevin based on many positive referrals from several Facebook groups and Google.

Kevin did a fantastic job at my sister's house redoing her entire back yard. I then hired Kevin to build a paver garden in front of my home.

I was quoted and gave a deposit. The quote states

3/8" Granite Chips
Leveling Sand
Extra Granite Chips

Kevin arrived and installed all the pavers without leveling. My wife had no idea and paid him the remaining balance. I came home and immediately called Kevin. He arrived back at the house shortly after.

After some back and forth and agreeing to give him a second chance (I had to pay an extra $1500 to level it correctly) I decided it was in my best interest to find someone else who was competent to complete the project the first time.

"Hello Fabian, as I said earlier I am willing to correct the job at The standard price for compacted leveling with extra material. With the work performed the price was budgeted to work with the Lowes pavers at an affordable price.
It was a homeowner value job using local homeowner supplies. If we were to use commercial grade material of course prices would be skyrocketed compared to the job we did.

Keep in mind settling does occur within a couple days to a week (which is why you do not drive on paver driveways for the first week as well.)

That being said your wife and sister both loved the job and had confidence in it.

We have no problem providing you other paver work that was priced to be laser straight and level with correct paver base and leveling sand to restore your confidence."

As a fellow small business owner I would NEVER ask a client to pay twice to complete a project that was quoted to be done correctly the first time.

I will update my review if the situation changes. I made every effort to handle this with the owner directly.

Kevins a good guy, and does quality work when it comes to making your lawn look great. Pricing is also very reasonable. My lawn hasn’t looked this nice in a really long time, especially after he put in my new flower beds. I highly recommend Kevins landscaping if you are looking for someone.

My oak tree broke my water lines including my sprinkler system. After I had the tree removed Kevin responded to my emergency and helped repair and replace my irrigation system and followed up with sod installation and a new landscape design. It is a relief to find a trustworthy family owned and operated business who is licensed and Insured.

We had the honor of having Signature Landscaping do our weekly maintenance because the house we bought already had them in place. We were always told we were lucky to be able to use them! Within a few weeks we certainly realized why... their precision, professionalism, and final result showed us why they are regarded as the best landscaping company around. All of the guys are great, and they do not accept anything subpar. We then decided to hire them for a major overhaul and the project was done flawlessly and on time. Their original design was exactly what we envisioned. Their choice of plantings was perfect. The installation of artificial turf made our backyard come to life. Everyone on the job was extremely polite and professional. I would not hesitate to hire this company if you need to do a major landscaping job. Andy Swanson is so creative and as my neighbor said, “He’s the ‘Mack Daddy’ of landscape design!” Yes, he’s probably pricier than most, but I have to say, well worth it!!
