I had a new kitchen tap installed by this plumbing service. The plumber was very friendly and made sure to check that everything was working properly before leaving. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the pricing seemed a little high for the job, but the quality of the installation and the customer service was top-notch.

Christian was great, he promptly arrived and asked a few questions which allowed him to work on a few items for us. He is a great technician to work with and is always polite, courteous and professional. He helped us with our water softener which was installed a few months prior. Dillian was professional and exceptionally good at explaining the repair that was needed and why it was needed. He completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time. He was kind, considerate and trustworthy. Christian arrived and quickly determined my drains were clear and did not require cleaning. He was honest and only charged me a minimum trip fee. I just bought old townhome and was afraid if btoken and or clogged drains. Thankyou for honesty and understanding.

Christian V. came to our front door and greeted us and told me his name and we reviewed our plumbing problem. Within a few minutes he analyzed the issues and gave me a low and potential higher estimate based on the job requirements. I agreed and he quickly went to work. he completed the task within an hour and tested his work. All was fixed (with the low estimate), he cleaned up and I paid the invoice. Great work and very courteous. Maitland Winter Park Plumbing has a new customer, in many respects the result of a job well done by Christian V. and prior excellent telephone support for the job. They came within an hour gave me an estimate and within 2 hours the job was done. Christian Vasquez, the plumber, is efficient and knowledgeable and educates me as well. From start to finish I was extremely impressed in how smoothly it all went. Getting an appointment was fast and I was even able to talk to someone with my more technical questions and got answers on the spot to help me decide how involved with the repair I wanted to go. No attitude or impatience felt from the staff. Christian was the technician who was assigned to do the work. He was very professional, focused, and the job was completed fast with no problems occurring during the work. All the replacement parts were available on the truck so no return visits were necessary to finish the job. I was left with a piece of mind- money well spent. Toby at Maitland Winter Park plumbing was able to come out within hours. My water was off. He did the work I asked of him very professionally. The end result was better than expected. He was polite and professional the entire time. He replaced the feed valve and line to the ice maker. It was more involved than normal but with over 30 years experience he was not passed at all.

Vincent didn’t take much time at all to look at our issue. He gave us an estimate that seemed pretty high for what the problem was, a slow drip faucet due to the handle coming off. He didn’t explain what the problem was, before giving my wife an estimate and said it would cost $500 and once we paid he’d look at it more and diagnose the issue exactly. When I told him that seemed like an expensive estimate, he said he could probably do it for $350. At that point it seemed like he was trying to take advantage or my wife or both of us. I don’t understand why he didn’t quote me $350 and tell me it could cost upwards of $500 if it was more involved than what he thought initially. At that point, I lost trust in him and Maitland/Winter Park Plumbing and didn’t want to support a business or someone like that. I quickly paid the service fee for him to come out and immediately called a different plumbing company. The other plumbing company came out promptly, actually properly assessed the issue, told me all I needed was to replace the cartridge. I paid the other company the money to fix it and it was solved in less that. 30 minutes. I saved the other plumbing company’s phone number in my phone and will be calling them for any future plumbing needs.

Christian is very professional and courteous. Have had both bathtubs replumbed and a new kitchen faucet installed and the work was exceptional. We recommend Winter Park plumbing to anyone who wants quality workmanship done, and Christian is a huge part of that!
