As we have come to expect, wonderful experience. Dillion was on time, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. We have several items on our bucket list so we will be seeing him again soon.

I would like to add more stars but there’s no more space. The staff in this office are top notch honest professionals. Antonio will tell you exactly what you need at their showroom. Christian always does a thorough job, gives excellent advice on other repairs around the house and leaves the site super clean. He has already come to my house more than once and will request him again so he can bring the rest of my plumbing fixtures to the 21st century. I am eternally grateful for their service and a very happy customer . Thank you Antonio, thank you Christian!!!!

Toby was great. The process of having him arrive at the home needing the service was completely a mess.
1. They confirmed a week earlier and when I called them. They told me that the equipment wasn’t in then later on the same call, they said the equipment was in and the technician could be there in an hour or so.
2. We rescheduled and I get a text same morning saying they’re going to a different location than I had given them.
3. I consider myself a loyal customer having used Maitland, Winter Park, plumbing for over 30 years. The problem is they don’t update or listen to you and had the technician going to a prior home of mine that I haven’t lived in in almost 10 years.

I like the service and I know I pay more for them, but I believe they have good technicians. The business side of Maitland, Winter Park, plumbing leaves a lot to be desired.

We were extremely pleased with your technician, Christian. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. He diagnosed our problem with a whole home water filtration system, fixed the problem while explaining how we should handle it in the future, and left leaving us with relief that we had chosen the right company for the solution to our problem.

Toby inspected our shower and did a shower pan test - he did not detect any present dampness of subfloor from the crawl space and it appears that over the years there has been a build up of water saturating the mortar layer under the tile causing water seeping up through the grout - he suggested we go back to using the shower , since it has not been used in two weeks , and if there is wetness under the house, to call him back.
He was very pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. I will highly recommend him to others.

We’ve used Maitland Winter Park Plumbing for several years at our office and were always pleased with the service. They came out today for a simple service call which took just over an hour and we got hit with a bill for $800 in labor for clearing a few sinks and fixing a toilet, no estimate provided in advance. Not sure if they changed owners but we will not be using again.

I recently had a plumbing issue that was resolved effectively by a skilled plumber who quickly identified the problem. I just want to say the plumber was great and the issue was when I made the original call to the office.However, I faced significant challenges when it came to scheduling my appointment. After my value membership ended, I felt like I was no longer a priority. I was informed by the representative on the phone that it would take a week and a half to send someone out, which seemed excessive.

I had to request that they call me if there were any cancellations. The only reason I chose not to seek another plumber was that the Maitland plumber originally installed my water heater. I believe the businesses must recognize that delays in service can lead to lost customers. When potential clients experience long wait times, it reflects poorly on the company. This situation is unacceptable and should be addressed to improve customer satisfaction.

Angel took the time to answer all of our questions regarding our plumbing concerns clearly and explained maintenance that are not normally provided by a supplier.
The work was completed to an high standard, and functioning perfectly.
Angel was professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service from start to finish. I would confidently recommend him and will use Maitland Winter Park Plumbing again.

Toby was punctual and did all the repairs and installation efficiently. We are very happy. Besides installing the new faucet, he also replaced two valves and three flexible water lines. The original copper pipe from 1982 was pitted and in need of replacement.

Small gift shop in downtown district. Very quaint and vey walkable. Shop had a few unique items and employee was outgoing.

Best store with the best gifts! St. Joe Michigan is a beautiful place to visit as well!

They have very cool items for sale. Also, the lady that works there (probably owns it) is really nice.
