I’ve lived in our home located in West Melbourne for over a decade. Our oaks were huge with a canopy that overshadowed our neighbor’s fence & yard. Quality Tree Experts did an amazing job of clearing out some of our large branches and dead brush. Our trees look so healthy now and yard looks amazing! We can enjoy the waterfront view again as well. These gentlemen did a fantastic job with our trees! They cleaned up everything little bit of debris behind their work and our yard looked pristine. Without reservations we highly recommend their work. Excellent performance and extremely professional in their interactions with us and our neighbors. Best tree service I have ever hired. I had at least a 70ft pine tree that needed to come down. Quality Tree Experts had all the right equipment. Their price was reasonable. They showed up on time. They limbed the tree and did not gouge my yard in the process. They chipped all the debris and ground the stump and did complete cleanup. Next time I need tree work, I will not hesitate to call them.

From the moment my husband called to get an estimate, to the time they came out and assessed the job, the professionalism was top-notch. They showed up exactly when they said they would and made sure we were completely happy with the work before leaving. We truly appreciated the clear communication and expert input. They arrived equipped and ready to tackle the tree work, offered extremely fair pricing, and left the area spotless. Would HIGHLY recommend their services.

They also sell firewood, which we’ve purchased from them before - and it’s clean, seasoned, high-quality firewood that burns well and stacks easily. These are the guys you want to buy from. I made the mistake of buying from someone else once and ended up with wood that wouldn’t burn. Lesson learned: stick with the good stuff and always buy a little extra - you don’t want to run out when you need it most.

I hired them two days ago. They sent me a confirmation text. The appointment was at 11 today. At 11:30 I called the office and left a message asking them for a revised arrival time. It’s now 1:20. I called and left a message telling them not to bother coming. I never heard back from the technician or the office. I can’t imagine doing business with these people. Never ever.

Two homes needing electrical work done - Estimates and communication was excellent. All work was done as promised and professionally. As a realtor who looks for dependable and reliable electricians for both buyers and sellers and also have had electrical done work in my own home - I highly recommend Lighthouse Electric.

I hired this company to completely rewrite the house. New panel, circuits and fixtures. I bought the ceiling lights that Billy recommended but they installed the wrong dimmer switches. The ceiling lights wouldn’t fully turn off even when the switch was in the off position. When I brought this to the owners (Billy) attention, he stopped communicating with me. I tried several times to get the problem corrected but he just blew me off. I paid over $10,000 for electrical service and had to hire another company to get the correct switches and install them.

My advice is to NOT hire this slob.

I highly recommend this company. Their customer service was perfect, their work was timely and quality and communication was great as well. We added landscape lighting to the front and back yard and installed two pendant lights over the kitchen bar with a switch. Shout out to Bob Lindsey, he’s a gem!!!

I have used Lighthouse Electric now for three separate jobs over the past 2 years. Bob, Jon and crew are skilled, thorough, respectful, prompt, and clean up perfectly each time. Further, their prices are reasonable. Communication is great also. I had a couple times where my schedule changed or I needed an adjustment to the job, and they adjusted to my specs immediately with no problem.

I recommend them without reservation. Great customer service, especially in this competitive business
