We had an ongoing problem with our master circuit breaker box and our air conditioning kept going out. Not good in hot Florida! We called Kangaroo Electric, late on a Friday afternoon, no less, and they quickly responded. The friendly owner personally came to our house with the right part after asking a few questions over the phone. Upon arrival, he immediately spotted the problem and fixed it, saving us from a long, hot weekend. They saved the day! We highly recommend them for any electrical problem you may have.

Tony and another technician were able to come out on short notice and install a GFCI breaker and wiring for a new hot tub. They were professional and friendly the entire time and did an excellent job getting everything installed an operational in a few hours.

First heard of Jose in a Palm Bay community page on Facebook, asking for a reputable electrician to address an outdoor fan problem.

Kangaroo Electric is far and above the best electricians you could work with. I used them in the past to help me figure out why my range kept tripping the breaker, as well as a quick diagnosis on why my A/C unit upstairs lost power. The owner answers the phone, and the technician that came to my house was super nice and professional. Today I called with some concerns about lights blowing/dimming constantly and the owner took the time to understand the issue and answer questions over the phone and told me it was likely an FPL neutral issue and gave me the number and information on how to call and report to FPL, saving me the cost of a service visit. This is the level of kindness and service you rarely find nowadays, and I truly appreciate their willingness to help answer questions over the phone. If you need any electrical work done call this team first, you will not be disappointed.

William and the team from Kangaroo Electric LLC provided exceptional service and met our needs completely. We were in need of a 50-amp breaker installed to support our pool heat pump. They came to conduct the estimate, taking the time to fully inspect our current set up to determine if the work could be done without major upgrades to our electrical system. Unlike previous companies that did not open up the panels to ensure the box was wired adequately to support this additional breaker, they did just that. In determining that the panel was wired with the proper gauge of wire, it was a simpler task of installing a new circuit breaker at the main panel and the circuit breaker in the panel next to our pool pump. Their professionalism was also very evident while conducting the estimate inspection and during installation. Another positive remark is that because of their diligence and taking the time to actually look at what was already here, it saved me about $2000 from what the other two companies had quoted. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs. They are very responsive, friendly and professional throughout the entire process, from initiation of contact to beyond the conclusion of work.

We had a random issue with one of our GFCI outlets & could not figure it out with our troubleshooting. We called Kangaroo Electric, as they have done incredible work for us in the past, and Tony was able to come right out for a service call. He checked several things and found the problem super fast. They came out to install a fixture and switch for us that my husband and I had struggled mounting. I got a call back within an hour, and they were able to come out the next day. Tony did a wonderful job hanging the fixture. He was kind and methodical. I let him know where we had struggled and he knew the exact way to fix it. Kangaroo was also the best priced electrician I have found. I highly recommend and will be using them again!

Second time working with Tony was as good as the first time. We had him over about a year ago to add an outlet and some lights in the garage and today we wanted to do a new outlet for a garage refrigerator. I was having trouble with a GFI constantly tripping and our Christmas decorations not working. Every other electrical company was weeks out and wanted to charge anywhere between $79-$225 just to come out to give me a quote. I came across Kangaroo Electric in my search. When I called, the gentleman that answered explained the issue was most likely a bad Christmas light wire. He walked me through the process of identifying the issue and how to resolve it. And he was RIGHT! Issue is resolved and Christmas lights are working again! He was extremely helpful and patient. He took the time to go through everything with me right then on the phone. I am so grateful for him and his assistance. I highly recommend!!!

All around great experience with Kangaroo Electric. Submitted a quote request late in the evening and was contacted the next morning promptly. Office was able to schedule us same day which was fantastic. Their electrician Tony arrived as scheduled and was extremely thorough and personable. He was able to quickly diagnose our issue with our water heater and also installed an exterior light for us that was damaged. He is a great representative of the company. We had an emergency situation due to a blown electrical meter that left me without power. FPL was less than helpful which left me contacting Kangaroo electric at 5:30pm on a Thursday evening. They were more than helpful and sent out Tony on Friday morning. Tony was absolutely amazing. His customer service and knowledge are second to none. He was able to get the repairs complete and my electric restored. He explained in terms I could understand the situation and the repairs.
