Contractor reviews in Margate, Florida

Diogo and his team were very professional and helped us decide on the best options for re-doing our master bathroom since we had no idea what we were doing. They did a wonderful job on the bathroom itself and we are very glad we decided to go with Serrano Reno.

The work from Serrano Renovations on remodeling my showers exceeded expectations. Dimas and the crew were professional in communication, staying on schedule to the deadline, and provided all the details of the work/extra work that was necessary. Highly recommend.

Serrano Renovations was top notch from beginning to end. Their communication was constant. I never felt like I couldn't call with a question or concern. We had a small bathroom remodel, new doors and trim put in and most of our place painted. We will be using them again no question in the future. Thank you Dimas and team for all your hard work! We truly do feel like you are all part of our family. Phil and Lisa Johnson

We are so pleased by the awesome renovations that Dimas and his crew achieved for us in our home! I love it! His company renovated the kitchen, repainted the interior, installed new floors and baseboards, repaired walls, and installed high hat lights. When we initially met with him, we let him know that open communication was important to us. Communication was easy and open and he addressed any concerns immediately. We felt like he was a part of the family. Whenever I have another project, I will be calling him. If you're considering renovating, give Dimas and Serrano Renovations a call!

Started promptly, finished pretty much on time, reasonable price, very professional and pleasant to work with. Would recommend.

Dimas and his crew remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms. The work was meticulous, and the project was on time and on budget. Their professionalism and design knowledge is impressive. Very trustworthy team as they worked over three weeks in our house. I highly recommend Serrano Renovation.

We have used Serrano Renovations 3X. First to lay new flooring throughout our house, and then again to remodel both our master and guest bathroom. They are wonderful people with great honesty and integrity. They are master craftsman. Most of all, they treat you like family when they are in your house. I could not give them a higher recommendation. They were referred by a friend, and I’m so glad we met.

I have nothing but praise for Serrano Renovations who installed ceramic tile and baseboards in my Condo…I found them to be thorough , honest and very professional- the workmanship was top class and the price was good- I have no problem recommending them and I would use them again ….

Sorrento Brothers are a very reliable construction company. They follow up on all details. Answer your calls when you leave a message and when the job is done, your house is clean. I would highly recommend them.

Dimas, his dad, and crew did a great job remodeling our kitchen! Dimas is always responsive and pays attention to details.

Recommended by family. Diogo and Dimas were a great team and we loved working with them! They redid our entire bathroom and put in floors for our upstairs. For our initial quote Diogo was on time and very kind when explaining the costs and how things would work. During the process both of them were very clear when we had questions about layout and what to purchase. At the end of our renovation, we were super happy with our results of the bathroom and stairs! Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs renovation.

We had an amazing experience with this renovations company! They installed stunning porcelain floors throughout the home we’re purchasing and completed a beautiful bathroom remodel that truly exceeded our expectations. Their attention to detail and quality of work is top-notch. They even came out at no cost to perform a plumbing inspection, which really showed their commitment to customer service. Everyone we interacted with was kind, personable, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. Highly recommend them for any home renovation needs!

Beautiful job on my bathroom. The whole crew were very professional and a delight to work with!!!

Very dependable family owned company. They did top-notch work. The crew is very skilled, responsive and easy to communicate with. The end result exceeded my expectations.
Outstanding job.

The tile work is well done on time as planned and the floor looks great. I am very pleased with the entire job & experience. Thank you very much. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Best wishes.

I must say I had a lot of reservations hiring a contractor because historically they can be unprofessional but Serrano Renovations quelled all my nerves. They were responsive, communicative and punctual. It took less than 2 weeks from day of hire to complete my shower renovation and they even picked up my tiles from the store as it couldn’t fit in my vehicle. Not to mention the quality of the install of the shower was superb and great attention to detail with the spacing and grouting of the tile. Im pleased with the outcome and will use and recommend them again.

Please read! 9/12/22 Their is not enough good things I can say about Serrano Renovations and Diogo. A Honest, Professional, and Caring company. I found Serrano Renovations on Instagram and reached out. Diogo came out to our home to speak with us for a full kitchen renovation, new floors, popcorn ceiling removal, new painting, bringing walls up to the ceiling, new fans installation, and new lighting and more. Diogo promised our family they would do a great job, and he would be with us every step of the way, and he was! Diogo created a group chat with my wife and I and stayed in constant communication. From April to August Serrano Renovations transformed our house into a home. Diogo went from our contractor to a family friend. I’ve already recommended Diogo and Serrano Renovations to close friends. I will absolutely continue to work with Diogo in the future. Thank you Serrano Renovations and Diogo!

It took a while for my wife and I to find the right contractor for our Kitchen renovation. This was a big decision for us. We had not previously completed a renovation of this size and wanted to ensure it was done correctly and quickly. We interviewed several contractors and narrowed it down to two. We asked to see previous renovations and were able to visit the homes of two of his clients to see the quality of the work. We also spoke with one couple who shared their positive experiences about working with Dimas. This helped us in choosing Serrano Renovations for our project. Dimas and his team were very professional and responsive to our questions and concerns. We were impressed with the scheduling of the job. The workers showed up when they were supposed to and were courteous and considerate of us and of our home. The initial quote was what we paid. There were no additional fees or hidden costs. In all renovations, there are changes and issues. In our case, we had some concerns with our backsplash tile. Our wall was a bit curved and when we raised this concern, Dimas advised he would correct the issue. He had someone come out the next day to fix the wall. Throughout the project, he kept us up to date and provided timelines that were met. Our project was completed within five weeks. While no one wants to have their home in a state of construction for long, it was worth the wait. When we are ready to do our guest bathroom, we will be calling him again as we are very happy with our new kitchen and floors.

I have worked with Serrano Renovations on three separate occasions and I have to say their professionalism and quality of work is top notch. The first two projects were for laminate floors which turned out beautiful and everyone complemented my house went it was up for sale. The latest project was for ceramic floor and it turned out absolutely amazing. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond really makes a difference. I highly recommend Diogo, Dimas and the whole crew of Serrano Renovations

Dimas and his team were incredible to work with and did an exceptional renovation!!
