Contractor reviews in Margate, Florida

We used Serrano Renovations because they came highly recommended and gave us a fair price.

The PRIMARY scope of work was as follows:
1. remodel kitchen (new cupboards, new granite counter tops and back splash, and install new appliances)
2. Make a window in existing wall from kitchen to hallway
3. Install new Vinyl flooring throughout Condo
4. install old cupboards if possible in laundry room
5. Remove mirror wall, repair, and repaint
6. Install new folding closet door
7. Paint kitchen, wall, baseboards, and balcony (all white)
8. Install new fans in kitchen, family room, and balcony

The work was to be done in February and March, as I was quoted 6 weeks from start to finish.

This is our winter home so we left during the work and came back to Toronto while the work was being done.
Well, every day we knew trades were showing up as the front gate would call us to let in workers.
On a regular basis Serrano called us with an update on progress as well as any queries they had as the work progressed.

We came back after 4 weeks and all I can say is WOW!!! It's one thing to be satisfied with the work and progress, but both my wife and myself were truly AMAZED!!! we were blown away at the quality of the work done so far and the total progress made. We were told 6 weeks, and after 4 weeks they were almost done everything we had asked!!!
They actually finished everything in 5 weeks!!!

We were so comforted along the way that workers were showing up everyday, instructions were being followed as we were not there, and we were provided progress reports and pictures.
I really can't say enough about the experience. It was such a pleasure working with Serrano (Diogo) from start to finish. They did everything they said they would (a bit more :))! It was truly a wonderful experience and we will not hestiate to use them when we are ready to remodel our washrooms.

Thank you Serrano for delivering on your word and AMAZing us with the quality of work and ease to work with you.

It was a pleasure

The Serrano Renovations’ team installed flooring throughout my home. In addition to the job turning out absolutely beautiful, the professionalism that they have made the process super easy and enjoyable! They explained the whole process to me and answered all of my questions (I tend to ask A LOT of questions lol) I HIGHLY recommend working with Diogo and Dimas on your home improvement project!

Very happy with the process and professionalism of everyone involved. Will gladly recommend Serrano Renovations to anyone that is in need of renovations.

Serrano renovations has done home improvement work for me for years. I recently used them to do flooring and as always, the results were perfection. Cannot say enough about the quality of work this company does, and the personal touch that comes along with it. I highly recommend them For any work as they recently remodeled the bathroom for my son. I would not use anyone else. Thank you to the Serrano family for always taking such good care of me!

I like bed working with Serrano Renovations Inc. Diogo, Dimas and all of their crew members were so professional. From the beginning of our bathroom renovations, they had great ideas that we incorporated into our design. Their workmanship was impeccable and the result provided us with two beautiful bathrooms, a functional home office and a fabulous walk-in closet with room for everything.

I had a great experience with this company, They were very easy to work with, showed up on time, and delivered excellent results. The paint job looks amazing and really transformed my space. Fair pricing and very professional service. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends and family.

We are very happy with our bathroom remodel from Serrano Renovations. They were professional, on time, good communicators, and performed good work. We used them to reconfigure our primary bathroom and closet area which involved demo, extensive plumbing, finish carpentry, flooring, and tile work. All of the contractors for each stage were very friendly, offered sound design advice ideas, and all had great craftsmanship. They left the area clean for each new stage. We’ve already referred them to friends that are looking to renovate and wouldn’t hesitate to hire them in the future.
