We have been using Price Termite and Pest control for many years. They are extremely professional and very knowledgeable about each service they perform. The customer service is also outstanding. It is always a pleasure dealing with Price Termite.

Walter did great explaining what he was doing and why while exterminating our home. He was patient when answering my questions. Thank you Walter.

Very good customer service. They came right out and gave me a free termite inspection with a written quote. The work was done within a few days.. everything was explained to me in detail and the process was very neat and clean. I would highly recommend them.

I found this company on a Google search. The sales rep was very friendly and knowledgeable. I selected them to spray for termites, place traps in the yard and spray the interior. The traps were not deep enough. The lawn mower would easily destroy them. I had to get them to come back and place them deeper into the soil. My concern on the interior were fleas and German roaches. They came on time and the staff were very professional and went about their tasks. About a week later I was still struggling with fleas and called them back. They came out again and sprayed a sofa. The fleas persisted. This is not my area of expertise, although I did expected them to be gone in a few days. I kept on spraying with my Home Depot flea spray. It’s been at least 3 weeks now and I am hoping the fleas are finally all gone. I am still seeing about the same amount of German roaches. I expected them to be gone by now also. I enjoyed working with the staff of the company. I would encourage them to communicate expectations as to how long it takes to get raid of pests. I think this would help the company especially with new customers. I think these comments will help these companies to improve their service.

Price does weed control on my lawn and mosquito control in the backyard. When I call I always get a friendly response. I am notified before each service date and if I request a follow up service ( due to rain washing away chemicals ) Price quickly schedules the service. They are reliable and professional.

They are the best. I have been using them for years. You could not ever ask for anything better.

I called them for a pest issue, and they were able to come out the very next day, which was a huge relief. The technician was knowledgeable, thorough, and took care of the problem quickly. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing any type of pest control service! Walter was my technician who did the inspection and fumigation, and right off the back I was throughly impressed by his upbeat personality, punctuality, kindness and professionalism. He went above and beyond that other companies did not care to do and diagnosed multiple issues I had no idea about. He explained each treatment very easily for me to understand and I am overall very pleased with the entire experience and will be using them permanently for any future needs.

Absolutely the best vendor I’ve worked with. Been with them well over 10 years, they covered two properties for me and they are top notch and trust worthy. They are fair and honest and I trust them In my home when I’m not there. I would love if more companies were as great as the team at price. I also do accounting and they are on pretty much every single vendor list I do financials for so they are clearly doing something right. Great company, Great people. You can’t go wrong with them.

On time and completed his inspection in a timely manner and submitted report likewise. Paid also for one year for 2 types of termites ie: dry and subterranean $335 which includes baiting stations and yearly interior / exterior inspection.

Walter Puente is a great pest management consultant who conducted our annual inspection. He checked inside and outside and in our very hot attic and offered good advice to prevent insect/pest invasions.

Price Termite and Pest Control is a wonderful extermination and inspection company. Their technicians have always been helpful. We are able to request the kind of service we need. We have dogs and need to make sure they can walk in our yard without being harmed. The technicians have always followed our requests on where we want & need external spraying. We have only needed indoor extermination once when we first moved into our house because they are so good knowing where to apply and what to apply on the exterior of the house. We do not have the yard sprayed because we want to encourage pollinators. Price has always been respectful of our wishes and they spray the foundation and or specific places we request. We pay for a yearly contract which saves us money and guarantees that when we need a special service they send someone out within a day or two. We also have had them apply a termite preventative application and yearly termite inspection. This has been a godsend for keeping our wood frame home safe. Everyone we have dealt with at Price have been capable, considerate, and conscientious. We have used them for 9 years and my son has used them for at least 15. Thanksgiving you, Price!

I used Price Termite for extermination of termites in my kitchen. Pam (office manager) was extremely efficient and organized and was able to get me an inspection the next day. Peter (inspector) came on time and was friendly, efficient and reassuring. I was able to get an extermination appointment the next day - Coleman was on time, clean, very thorough and worked very hard. I had some concerns the next day, and both Pam and Peter emailed/called me and re-assured me. I was extremely pleased with the customer service and the extermination service. Would definitely recommend for extermination services.
