Absolutely horrendous customer service.

This company lied on me and to me twice in order to not take responsibility for subpar work.

They first claimed that I provided incorrect information regarding the scope of work, which was not true. Then they claimed that I left fecal matter in the toilet, which was also not true. All of this to avoid offering a discount or for someone to finish the job properly (both options which their cleaner claimed would be provided to me the next day by her manager).

Do not hire these people. They would rather write lengthy emails full of untruths than to stand by the word of their employee.

We were having guests come stay for 10 days and with our hectic work schedules, we didn’t have the time to do a good deep cleaning. So I found European Cleaning online. Called and set them up to come the next week. They showed up on time, and did a fantastic job cleaning the entire house! From baseboards to blinds and windows, ceiling fans and light fixtures. We are both detailed-oriented and the job they did definitely satisfied both of us! Plus their pricing was very reasonable compared to a few other companies we had called. Thank you!

My apartment got flooded and the ladies came in and did a very good job of cleaning everything up. I appreciate their service. I would also recommend them and use them again.

Ladies did a good job for what I needed. My problem is they didn't speak any English so it was difficult to speak with them.

Unfortunately, I am not at the unit that was cleaned and the renter that came in the following day, said that he was disappointed in the fact that the refrigerator was very dirty and that there were dirty clothes left in the hamper
Like I said, I was not there and I do not want to put any negative comments on the site because this is coming from a second party, but he said the refrigerated not only had a lot of old food left in it, but it was dirty

Disappointed. I gave this company an opportunity based off of the positive reviews. Deep clean was not a deep cleaning. I have a brand new shower. Completely renovated. This was the first real cleaning after a couple of weeks. They didn't even remove the shampoo bottles to clean the shower. How do I know? Because the soap stains were still there in the niche and the floor. Baseboards still dirty, doors not cleaned, no cleaning behind the stove, fans dusty, kids bathroom still smells funky (Full Renovated as well), even cleaned up the rooms a little bit before they arrived to make it easier. Super disappointed.

I rarely ever leave bad reviews. But This was super Disappointing. My wife is stressed so I Booked this to make her life easier.

The worst cleaning service you can ever imagine.I worked with Barbara in a house located in Parkland on November 7th 2025, she is horrible and a huge cheater, she left the areas she cleaned full of dogs hair, she doesn't use a good cleaning products and even she told me you don't have to clean perfect rushing me to finish.Moreover, she didn't even pay me because I refused to work with her, straight forward I can't do a such horrible job and take people's money.My advice to stay away because you will pay for a service that it is not performed.

European cleaning is the best and most professional cleaning company I have ever dealt with. I reached out at 6AM for service and they were on the property by 9AM. I will be hiring them for any and all future cleanings. Thank you so much!

Omar and his crew worked thoroughly to clean a office and warehouse that I have listed for sale in Coral Springs. The team was on punctual and friendly!

Amazing and friendly ladies, however, for a deep clean some spots were missed . For example: windows and patio doors weren’t open to clean inside of slacks . Bottom of toilet bowl area wasn’t wiped efficiently. The edges of baseboards still had dust and dirt. Kitchen draws weren’t wiped out .

Excellent service the girls were wonderful. They were eager to please. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Barbara and her team did an absolutely amazing job cleaning my apartment! Everything was spotless, beautifully organized, and smelled fresh. They worked quickly but thoroughly, paying attention to the little details that really make a difference. I was especially impressed by how efficiently they moved through each room without missing a thing. Barbara was professional, kind, and clearly takes pride in her work. Renese and Dorcin were amazing. My apartment was very hectic but they were able to efficiently and quickly clean and organize everything. It was clean. Great attitude from the employees.

We hired European cleaning on Friday march 21st 2025 to do a full deep cleaning of our newly purchased vacant home . Omar assured us that the service would be excellent but unfortunately the services provided weren’t anything near excellent. The agreement was 2 cleaners 4 hours of service for deep cleaning, however the 2 nonchalant lazy cleaners could not wait to leave and finished their work in 3.5 hours. None of the appliances were properly cleaned the floors were not properly mopped or swept there was hair and dust spots everywhere, windows and sills were not cleaned. The following morning we contacted Omar from European cleaning regarding the quality of the service and and our dissatisfaction and provided him with photos and videos of how his workers left our home, he simply replied they did more than a satisfactory job and if I were to send them back they would just wipe down your windows and it would have to be on a day where it’s convenient for European cleaning to do so. Quite honestly if I had the time to do the cleaning I could’ve done it significantly better than the 2 workers they sent. Do not trust this company. Hi Omar can you please provide where it said I requested an uber from you? I know for a fact and have the text messages that said I’d have to rent vehicles again and you would not accommodate any day that would work for us and only the days that worked for you which is ironic because it’s your cleaners that did not do a proper job to begin with.
