I am a full time Realtor in South Florida, I have used European Cleaning many times for rentals and also refer to my clients who move in a messy house. Omar is very accommodating and his staff are friendly and hard working. They do an amazing job! Always on time. They clean inside the cabinets/drawers, the appliances look like new, the nasty tubs look brand new and sparkling! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job done. I highly recommend!

Great service, easy to book/schedule, and most importantly their cleaning was impeccable. I called to book last minute to have them clean my MIL condo, as she was soon to be discharged from the hospital and needed a clean, disinfected environment to return to. They answered on the second ring and were able to book a cleaning service for the next morning. Once they put my information in the system - I received text message updates of the cleaning date as well as when the cleaners were en route to the condo (with the cleaner’s name). They were professional and left the condo absolutely spotless - my in-laws described it as so clean they could have eaten off the floor. I did book the deep cleaning package. Payment via credit card was easy using the secure payment link. The process was great since I live over 1200 miles away. 10 out of 10 and will be using them again as my MIL recovers from her surgery.

Some of the kitchen cabinets were lwft unattended. I had to clean it myself. 2 windows were left out.

Barbara and her team did an amazing job! My place needed a very deep move out clean and she totally exceeded my expectation. I left them for 2 hours, came back and beach condo was sparkling, cleaner than I found it when i moved in. Highly Recommended.

Our experience with European Cleaning Services was disappointing, and we would not recommend their services. We hired them to clean our 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. While they arrived early (1 pm for a 3 pm appointment), a transformer exploded nearby about 20 minutes after they started, causing a power outage that lasted until 3 am. As a result, the service couldn’t be completed, and we were forced to cancel.
Omar, the owner, requested payment for the 20 minutes of work, which included dusting two windows and turning on lights. We didn’t feel it was reasonable to pay for a service that couldn’t be completed due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control. Omar then asked for an additional $25 to cover his employees' gas, which we declined as it wasn’t part of any written agreement or service policy provided to us.
We communicated our disagreement via text, but despite no response, we later noticed a $25 charge had been processed to our card. We disputed the charge with our bank, and they ultimately reversed it.
Additionally, we were never provided with clear cancellation terms, as the terms of service link on the invoice was blank. This lack of transparency, coupled with the unexpected charge, left us with a negative impression of the business.
While others may have had different experiences, ours was not positive. We recommend that potential customers ask for clear service terms in writing before moving forward with this company.

Thank you for your response. I'd like to provide some clarification on the situation.
While we appreciated the team arriving early, the power outage made it impossible to complete the cleaning service after only 20 minutes of work. We felt it was unreasonable to be charged for such a minimal amount of time, especially since the service was interrupted due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control.
Regarding your claims about rescheduling and cancellation fees, we did not agree to any specific cancellation policy, and the link to your terms of service on the invoice was blank. No clear cancellation policy was communicated to us before the disruption.
As for the $25 charge, we made it clear via text that we did not agree with it. The initial charge did not go through because we had locked the card out of an abundance of caution in case of any questionable practices. It is concerning that, despite our communication, the charge was still processed days later without our authorization. Fortunately, our bank resolved the matter after we disputed the charge.
Additionally, if the charge was indeed automatic as claimed, a responsible and trustworthy owner would have intervened and stopped the withdrawal after receiving our disagreement via text, rather than proceeding to charge it. This action feels more like theft than a standard business practice.
Prospective customers should exercise caution, as our experience, along with other negative reviews, suggests that this business may resort to making misleading claims to protect its reputation. Such behavior raises concerns about their integrity and professionalism.
Transparency and better communication could go a long way in preventing these misunderstandings, but based on our experience, we cannot recommend this service.

I’ve been using European Cleaning for about 2.5 years and could not be happier with their service. Communication is excellent and their response time is very quick. All of the housekeepers are very polite and professional. There is no standing around or chitchatting. They are there to do a job and I am always thrilled with the work they do. Very thorough and prompt.

Absolutely fabulous cleaning company! They went above & beyond what I expected for a deep cleaning. Even pulling out the refrigerator & stove to clean behind them. One of the cleaners even called to make sure she did an excellent cleaning by asking if there was any other little things I might want done. Definitely would recommend this company!

I'll never let anyone else clean my house. Barbara is amazing and she's a wonderful, caring person. She's the best. I have had other cleaners from this same company clean my house when she was not available and they did a great job as well. Very professional and non judgemental!!

I use European cleaners for my mom and the service has been beyond excellent. The ladies are always ontime and very meticulous and detailed.

I enjoyed the cleaning. They came in worked and concentrated on there task. I really enjoyed it. I appreciate it.

The cleaners did an okay clean. They did good with the inside and outside of my windows/sliding doors and the mirrors came out nice. Whatever powder was used to clean the tile floor was still left in between the grout all over the house. The counter tops were a bit gritty and residue was still on the shower glass doors.

A team of two showed up and did an amazing job. I’m glad I trusted European Cleaning. The house is shining. Will recommend.

Overall they did a quick cleaning but when you check after you can see that the cleaning is not professional like you hire a company it should be spotless but no you can see they did a rush job they didn’t even dust the furniture and it’s not even the standard cleaning it was deep cleaning so you can imagine how disappointing it was and when I tried to contact them after they didn’t even answer so honestly instead go somewhere atleast it looks professional cleaning

This company is excellent. They never miss. They always accommodate my schedule, they are punctual and very pleasant and do an amazing cleaning job. It's rare to find a company with as much consistency. I highly recommend this company for your house cleaning needs.

European cleaners continues to be an amazing company to work with. Barbi (owner) is personally involved for many of the cleanings and the staff is punctual and does an amazing job! I can't recommend them more highly! If you are in the South Florida area, you ought to consider them for your house cleaning needs.

Still an amazing company. Never have a hard time scheduling the times I need for the cleaning, and the folks they employ are excellent. They show up on-time, do a. great job and are always friendly. Still highly recommend!

Requested via Thumbtack. They called me to review the details of our house. We confirmed everything and it went on auto-pilot. Team showed up on time, did a great job and were pretty quick. Did a great job. Plan to have them clean for us Monthly. Definitely recommend.

I would not recommend this company and will not be hiring them again due to several issues. They cleaned my house twice, and the second cleaning left me dissatisfied.

1. Poor Cleaning Quality: During their second visit, the cleaning was subpar. The kitchen and dining tables were left with very noticeable streaks, and I had to reclean them myself. They also didn’t touch the shower floor in the master bathroom and missed large areas of the floors in the master bedroom and near the house entrance door. I ended up spending my own time finishing what they were supposed to do.

2. Billing Issues: The more serious issue was that the owner overcharged me by $50 on their second visit. We had agreed that the first cleaning would cost $300 and all subsequent cleanings would be $250, as advertised. Despite calling him twice and being promised a refund, I never received it. This made me lose trust in their reliability and fairness.

Overall, my experience with this company was disappointing, both in terms of the quality of their work and their business practices. I wouldn’t hire them again.

I can’t say enough good things about the job everyone did cleaning my place. I couldn’t be happier. I had a “move-out” cleaning. My townhome looked better when I left than when I moved in! 😊
