We had our roof cleaned by Palm Shores Pressure Cleaning this past week, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Jason was prompt, communicative, and efficient when it came to scheduling—he made it easy to get a quote and an appointment set up quickly.

Last year, my husband and I tried pressure washing the roof ourselves, spending four days and several hours each day working on it. Even with all that effort, the results didn’t come close to what Jason accomplished in just two and a half hours. The roof looks so nice!He also went the extra mile by rinsing down the sides of the house to ensure nothing was left dirty or streaked.

Jason was professional, fast, and transparent with his pricing—his quote matched exactly what we paid, which we really appreciated.

We honestly thought our roof was a light brown… turns out, it’s actually a soft grayish-tan when properly cleaned. We’re beyond satisfied and will absolutely use Palm Shores again in the future.

Marc and his team show up on time and get the jobs done. I built my house over 17 years ago, so there was a lot of work to do. H2eco was able to do it all. They started out with the pool/spa facelift that included an incredible PebbleTec finish - A+. We added 500 sf of pavers that had a slant issue - no problem - A+. The old pavers got pressure cleaned and sealed - A+. Over 400 linear ft. of plastic landscape border was installed and flower beds were created, adding 250 bags of pine bark mulch. Borders were also added around all the trees. 1 1/2 pallets of sod were laid where I had some tree stumps that were removed - A+. I needed to get some bougainvillea and heliconia relocated - survival rate 100% - A+. The lighting in the backyard was totally replaced and additional lights were added around some palm trees and the rainbow eucalyptus. The lighting in the front yard was rewired and new lightbulbs installed - now they all work perfect - A+. All of the sprinkler heads were replaced and a new Rainbird system was installed with an iphone app - A+. Everything I asked H2eco to help me with, they could only say "yes". The next project is the BBQ grill and I will call Marc because he and his wife and his team are 5 Star with an A+ on every project they took on. H2eco did a great job on our fence demo and instillation of a new vinyl one. The crew showed up when they promised and finished in a day and a half. Mark had no problem changing the scope and written quote several times as I changed my mind. I'll use them again as other projects take shape.

H2eco Inc just finished laying some beautiful pavers/tile in our patio enclosure and designed an awesome landscape for the back yard with some touch ups of excellence with painting and woodwork for our storage! I highly recommend them with their awesome crew to get the job done with a perfectionists touch! The lighting he put together on the timer at night for the trees and plants is amazing as well!

Marc and his crew were easy to work with. I was super fussy how I wanted the design and execution of the pool and hardscaping to be. They worked out all the nuances I wanted. The result is a beautiful 1st rate back yard!

Like most people i was skeptical about hiring a company to redo my pool, after all i have friends who've shared horror stories about their experiences. After hiring H2Eco, i now know i was truly lucky, Not only did my pool turn out better than i anticipated, but they were on time and ahead of schedule. I had heard good things about Mark and H2ECO from my next door neighbor about the rehab of his pool and deck. Ours was also in need of rehab. I am a General Contractor in the Chgo area and was skeptical about having work done while I was up North for the summer. Mark sent pictures and updates on a consistent basis whic really eased my anxiety. Mark completed the work in time for us to start the new season. He came in at the agreed upon price and the quality was as I would have expected. Dealing with Mark and H2ECO was a very satisfying experience.

We had a fantastic experience with Marc and his team from start to finish. I had 4 landscape companies provide bids for our project (significant landscaping of our front and back yards, plus lighting and some repaving and configuration changes to our driveway pavers). Marc was by far the most professional, thorough, and timely. I also liked the fact that his company could provide ALL of the services, landscape AND hardscape work. He had some great ideas on things we hadn't considered and this bid was very competitive. The project installation went very smooth, he finished on time and on budget, and the finished product was exceptional! His communication and timeliness were great and we really had no issues whatsoever in those areas. He's also been great about following up with small changes we wanted to make to some of the areas. They are also doing our regular maintenance and have been great with that so far also.
Overall, I would highly recommend H2eco for any size landscape/hardscape project. We've done a number of landscape projects over the years and this was by far the best experience we've had.

We just today had an issue with one of the laminar jets installed 15 months ago. I needed some documentation to submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer. Marc,the owner, had that information to me within an hour. That’s customer service! Highly recommend this company.

From the initial consultation through the final completion of our project Mark was there everyday providing us with unparalleled advice on our swimming pool project. Everyone from this company that came to our home was nothing but polite, neat, and knowledgeable. H2eco just completed a job at my home, installing new travertine pavers, as well new pool coating, tile, and lighting. The owner, Marc, was really great from start to finish. He took the time to come out on a Sunday for the initial consultation, arriving with plenty of samples that made the material selection easy. He quoted the job same day, and his price was competitive with other quotes I received. I booked H2eco for the job and they were able to start the following week. I was pleasantly surprised during the process. Living in South Florida, you come to expect contractors not showing up when they say they will, and being difficult to work with.
