Marc and his team did a fantastic job tearing down and removing the old fences at our house and then installing a new fence on our property down both boundary lines to our sea wall. They even managed to get it done with no damage to all our our (and more importantly our neighbor's) vegetation. Our neighbor was impressed enough to immediately hire him to finish the new fence return on his property. We felt his pricing was fair for the quality of the work and the responsiveness of his customer service.

H2eco complete my pool renovation 2 weeks ago and we are very satisfied. We had our concrete pool deck overlaid with travertine as well extended around the pool. Marc also installed a walkway form the front yard to the back to tie into the new pool deck. Our pool was re-plastered and new glass tile installed which is out of this world. New pool light & timer installation topped it off. We had Marc do some additional landscaping around the pool too, which tied everything together. Wish I could post before and after photos. A few of the things that stand out to me why I recommend Marc and H2eco, as I have been in and around construction my entire life are; 1) Friendliness-- Marc and his crews were pleasant and polite to work with. 2) Cleanliness--The crews cleaned up everything at the end of the day and removed all trash and debris. 3) Attention to Detail--Marc was on site most of the time and if he spotted something he did not like he corrected it on the spot. Thanks Marc for the outstanding job. We will be calling you soon to do some more landscaping around our home.

We had a project that needed to be done. My husband knew what he wanted and several people said no worries and did not show up. Some flatly said NO. Then I made the call to Marc. He looked everything over said no problem. He set a date and Mario and Edgar showed up to get the job done. My husband was impressed. That doesn’t happen often! We have a relatively small backyard that we wanted to turn into a tropical oasis. H2eco did a terrific job of making our dream come true. The owner, Marc, is a very pleasant person. He worked with us to maximize our space and gave us great guidance, as well. The main components are a plunge pool with a water feature and a hot tub. They did a wonderful job with the lighting, too; it looks even better than we envisioned.
The city inspectors marveled at the quality of their work. Once H2eco received the city permits, they worked daily almost exclusively on our job to finish it as quickly as possible.
Six months later, my wife and I use the pool almost every day after work to decompress.

We hired H2Eco to completely rehab the yard of a neglected fixer upper - landscaping, pool, driveway, irrigation, lighting, etc. Marc and his team were professional, pleasant, reliable, and responsive. Marc was always available if we had questions or concerns. We are now a couple years after project completion. The plants/trees have filled in and we are really enjoying it! H2Eco has continued to stand behind their work, even years after project completion. I highly recommend them!

I would like to thank Marc and Lane for the amazing transformation of our pool. We were recommended H2eco by another busy pool company is town, who predominantly did new pools. They informed me that they use H2eco frequently and had great success with their jobs. So I took the advice and scheduled an estimate.

Marc and Lane both arrived measured the pool, and gave us an estimate the same day. We also discussed various surface and tile options. Ultimately in the end, we decided to upgrade the surface to Pebble Brilliance, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The pool surface looks absolutely stunning! I have never seen anything like it. Much more classy than the standard stucco that is usually used. Even better, it comes with a lifetime warranty.

As far as the customer service is concerned, that aspect couldn't have been better. My wife and I were fairly picky about the decorative tile that we used. Lane must have stopped over to drop off and pick up tile samples and the various Pebble Tech/Brilliance/Sheen surface samples on 5-6 separate occasions. They really go out of their way to make it easy on the customer. I work very late hours, so being able to go to their store or meet with them in person was very challenging, which is why they dropped off the samples to choose from. Lane also gave me his cell phone and was always available via text and prompt with his replies.

In the end, we ended up choosing a glass tile from a tile company in Miami. H2eco had no problem with this at all, and they made sure the tile would be appropriate to apply and up to their standards.

From beginning to end, the process was easy and stress free. We originally had a leak in the pool which started the whole renovation process. So in a potentially stressful event, H2eco made the renovation an absolute pleasure. I highly recommend their company to anyone without reservation, and will definitely be calling them back when it is time to re-do the pavers/patio surface!!

My fur babies and I couldn't be happier with our new backyard! Marc was wonderful and patient working with me on the proposal, and Lane was out here at least once a day checking on the project's progress and jumping in to lend a hand. The team that came out to my house everyday was friendly and professional and worked extremely hard to make sure that the yard turned out great.

We cannot express how pleasant an experience it was to have Marc Musgrave (General Contractor) and his entire team from H2eco Inc. remove the tall ficus hedges surrounding our property and replacing them with state-of-the-art fencing, beautiful landscaping and an elegant border. For years, we had a lot of angst over proceeding with such a dramatic change to our property and even more concerned about selecting the right contractor; one who was not only properly licensed but who could provide us with options, sound recommendations and a realistic schedule and cost. H2Eco completely transformed our backyard! Marc Musgrave, owner and GC, worked patiently with my husband and I to custom design landscaping to suit our needs. He has extensive knowledge about plant care and was able to recommend trees, shrubs and flowers that fit the aesthetic that we wanted and the south FL environment. His crew and their director, Mario, are very friendly, polite, and orderly. They installed gorgeous silver travertine pavers for our patio and walkway surrounds that are as functional as they are stylish. H2Eco even customized a really cool outdoor shower with silver travertine tiles. The quality of the work is high and the crew is quite experienced. Because everything turned out so great, we decided to update our fencing, add potted containers for a pop of color, and highlight Marc's work with exterior lighting. H2Eco is one stop shopping, and you won't need to search any further for subcontractors. We will be renovating our front yard next, including a paver driveway! I was introduced to Marc, owner of H2Eco, by our pool service company, who I trust implicitly. We knew instantly this was the company we needed to use for a complete "redo" of the pool and surrounding patio at our rental property. Marc immediately knew what to do and was completely in line with what we envisioned. The price was VERY fair and the team is the best we've ever worked with. They kept the workspace super clean and organized, and moved very quickly through the renovation process. Marc kept in touch daily (knowing we don't live there) and sent pictures as well. The final reveal is stunning. There is absolutely nothing we could even think to complain about. I have already used the company for more work and without surprise, we are very happy. HIGHLY recommend this company and am thrilled to find a local company that breaks the mold of mediocrity!

Anytime someone asks me if I know a good pool contractor I tell them without hesitation to contact Marc at H2eco. We have a pool, deck, and fencing that was in need of a serious remodel as it was 20 years old. Marc came out to look at the site and took his time to listen to our needs , and he provided solid guidance and good suggestions regarding design and materials selection. Once we settled on the scope of the project we were provided a detailed contract with itemized pricing, so there were no unpleasant surprises regarding the cost. Once the work stated, it progressed steadily. Marc was accesible by phone or text to answer my questions. Never did I have to make multiple attempts to contact him. Also, Marc was frequently on site to inspect the progress of the project. He has a team of workers who really know their stuff, and they were here every weekday from 9 am or earlier until 5 pm. At the end of each day they cleaned up as much as possible. Now we have a beautiful outdoor space completed well ahead of time to enjoy for the warm months ahead.

I’ve been dealing with them for a few years on and off for maintenance on my older unit. They’re always very nice and do a good job. After a few years, I decided to switch out my water heater and AC unit. They removed both units and replaced both units within a day. Besides a few bumps, everything turned out great. Anything that needed to be fixed or altered was done so within a few days. They’re very responsive and they don’t get defensive. If you say this is wrong or that is wrong they come and they fix the issue immediately. For both the water heater and the AC unit I paid a good price. They’re not gonna try to screw you over. All in all they’re a good value, they do a good job, and I would definitely recommend them for all your AC needs. By the way, they use Rheem as their AC and water heater.
