This company is highly unprofessional. They are contracted by my property manager. They have yet to bring a proper working refrigerator. This is the second time that they have brought a refrigerator to my house but does not cool my food. The refrigerator is not running and it does not work. They have also spray painted the fridge and brought the fridge into my home fuming of paint fumes. They lack professionalism and reliability. I have been without a working refrigerator since Wednesday they have brought multiple refrigerators and each refrigerator is worse than the other. When I called in for a replacement my meat was frozen at this point my meat is totally unfrozen I am out of money cuz this is the food for my children for the week. I went grocery shopping thinking about the refrigerator would eventually cool and that they actually brought a working refrigerator . I am out of food not because we ate it because we have no means of cooling the food. I have reached out to my landlord today I was promised that someone would call me back from Magnum Appliance and no one has. I am extremely upset because I have children who depend on the milk in the fridge that is now no longer any good and I have insulin in the fridge that has not had a proper cooling since Wednesday. This company and my rental property should be ashamed of themselves. They lack professional skills. And they should close business because they are not effectively carrying out any type business. This is a hassle and a bother to my everyday life. I have to unload everything out of my fridge I have to make sure that someone is home and available to meet the maintenance people to switch out the fridge I have to take everything out the freezer. After doing it for the second time this is definitely not something that I would like to continue doing and I should not have to do this is a hassle an a large inconvenience to my life. I do believe that I should be compensated for all the food that I have lost. So to save yourself there are many other Appliance companies out there my advice would be to check out those Avenues first. I'm not sure why my rental property is using this company I'm figuring maybe because they are cheap and it tells in the quality of work that they produce.

I’ve gone here a couple times and have had good experiences and bad experiences. But I will say the good outweighs the bad we had bought a dryer from them and in less than a year it broke however they handled it perfectly. I called just to ask a question and the next day they had another dryer On a truck being delivered to me and they took out the old one. Didn’t ask for any paperwork or make it difficult. that Service was great.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. THEY COULDN'T EVEN GIVE US AN ESTIMATE OF WHEN THE NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT WAS. I JUST WANTED AN APPROXIMATE TIME AND DATE. NOPE. SHE REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME WITH ONE. SAID ... "WE'LL CALL YOU WHEN WE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AVAILABLE" ... NO THANKS!

Terrible company. They were supposed to come out to repair my appliances so I took off work and waited all day because my oven and dishwasher are important to me yet they never showed up or even bothered to call. When I tried to call them, they put me on hold for 43 minutes until I had to hang up to call a client back!! Do not use Magnum Appliances if you care about your time! Seriously unprofessional and total nonsense!!!

Be very careful with this company! Today for the second time they stole my money! I call them and I tell them the problem we have with the washer machine and when Tecnitian came say that they wouldn’t have the time to take it apart a clean the drone.very important to mention is that I told them on the phone exactly what I needed.regardless they charged me the 89 dollars for showing up.

Workers squeezing their work van in that same handicapped parking spot as me. When there are plenty of parking spaces available trying to call for a complaint been on hold for over 5 mins. This business is very unprofessional wish I could give ZERO stars!!!

Update* receptionist hung up on me when I called to file a complaint! Untrustworthy!!!

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional! In November before Thanksgiving I requested service for my stove that wasn’t working at all. They never called to schedule an appointment, but a man just randomly shows up to take a look. He looks and states that the stove can’t be fixed and needs to be replaced, so I waited thinking he communicated can’t that with whomever needed to do so, but he didn’t! It’s time for Thanksgiving and I had to contact my landlord about still not having a stove, and come to find out the man never completed the request. My landlord had to rush around to get me a temporary stove for Thanksgiving thank God!

Now, here we are with a new issue. Washer it’s completing cycles. I scheduled an appointment for 9a-12p and no one showed up. Around 1:30p or so I called and my appointment was rescheduled for the following week. We shall see if they show up, but this company is a red flag.
