This was our second major project with DIA. They first built a new bar for us 5 years ago and were so great, we used them again to completely remodel our Kitchen. This included taking down a large wall and fixing the flooring. They took down the old cabinets and installed them in my garage creating a new work area for me. They installed new cabinets and appliances. We couldn't be happier with the results. Any issues and concerns were dealt with quickly and our Kitchen is beautiful. Everyone who works for DIA and their subcontractors are all professional and kind. They did their best to keep the house clean during the process.

I’m beyond Happy with my new Kitchen !! I signed with Peter in October and was told about 6 weeks for my cabinets. I was told I’d get a timeline and it was amazing. Completely laid out with what to expect each day and they never missed a day. The team was so professional From Peter , George , Victor , and Guillermo. DIA coordinated everything perfectly including Frontline Electrics and Tony the Plumber and the girls in the office.
They even told me what day to get my floors and my painting done. The project started on 11/28 and was done as planned a day early on December 22nd. 3 weeks which included demolishing my wall and moving plumbing and electric. They even made me a custom liquor cabinet they way I wanted it. They tented my kitchen area so there was very little mess and they cleaned up every night when finished. I interviewed 6 companies and DIA was referred by a friend who I trusted and I’m beyond Happy that we chose them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They will definitely be doing my 3 bathrooms next.

I don't usually respond to surveys; however, this experience was so extraordinary that I want to share it with all prospective customers. I had a complete tear down and remodel of an existing master bath. It totally went as planned, even finished early. It was organized so I knew what to expect each day. The quality of the products and the expertise of the entire team of craftsmen was excellent. Each group knew what to do and did it, always cleaning up, always making it perfect, always allowing me to make slight modifications along the way. In Florida, it's difficult to find reliable companies to do this kind of work, but it was a 100% positive experience from the beginning. I recommend asking for Tommy V., who has great ideas and understands what can and can't be done. It was a pleasure getting to work with him, as well as George and Sabrina. All 100% accommodating and professional. I can't say enough.I got the bathroom of my dreams! I would use DIA again in a minute.

Our Hall Bathroom renovation project went so well, we also redid our Master Bathroom. DIA's crew is professional and highly skilled. We are very pleased with our new bathrooms. DIA helped us plan and design our new bathrooms at their showroom, which has all product samples displayed for feel, look, and fit selections. The work started on the date scheduled and finished days earlier than their projected completion date (in advance, our representative provides a schedule of all work and who to expect). Cleanup and debris removal occurs daily. Efforts performed: removed all of our wallboard, fixtures and tile; inspected and upgraded our electrical and plumbing systems; installed modern tile, plumbing and electrical fixtures, and modernized the look and operations. Our fans our quiet, lights use latest in LEDs, brushed nickel fixtures, and easy to clean tile. We highly recommend them. Ask for Mr. Tom Vasilakis.

I wouldn’t have anyone else renovate my room other than Dia Kitchen and Bath! They do such amazing work. They’ve done both the bathrooms and the kitchen and their work is impeccable. You will not be disappointed if you choose DIA! I promise! They are trust worthy, honest and they always show up. That’s something that is hard to find in South Florida. Can’t wait to start the next project.

Well the inner house redo is done! Peter (the owner) is a pleasure to deal with as is every person whom we dealt with from Dia Kitchens. We got three incredibly reliable recommendations from three unrelated people. And so we took the dive. We had had a slab leak that needed basic redo of a lot of the interior of the house. And it was truly a great experience. Everything they promised they did, Plus. The kitchen cabinets are fabulous. The new bar/liquor cabinet is awesome. The floor was done perfectly.

Victor is whom we worked with the most. He ran the project. A sweetheart of a guy. A pleasure to deal with.

George is their "Jack of all trades", Master of many. He is essentially their handyman. He can do anything and everything. Another great guy. Very busy, but always makes time and super hard worker.

We had two issues which turned into nonissues. I was complaining about the color that we selected for the bathroom cabinet. I didn't like it and I didn't think I chose it. They switched the entire cabinet without more than a conversation. Then the kitchen table we felt was too close to where we were sitting. Within no time they took the tabletop out and the base, redid it, and everything is now perfect. And both of these things were done after the final payment, meaning Dan Ernie had all of our money that we agreed to pay.

I can't say enough about this company and their people. Very honorable, honest, hard-working. I was not asked to write this (I'm a businessman, I always hope that clients whom are happy with me write Google reviews). So it's my pleasure to write this and have worked with an amazing group of people. Thank you so much! You guys get an A+. Congratulations for operating an amazing quality business! We are absolutely delighted with our new master bath! The entire DIA process was a pleasure. Tommy actively listened, offered suggestions pointing out pros and cons, and ultimately helped us achieve the perfect design and plan for us. We now have the open shower of our dreams and a bathroom that offers storage, utility, convenience, and beauty. We love it!

DIA utilizes skilled tradesmen who are experienced experts in their respective fields. George provided excellent oversight and is knowledgeable in general construction. William the plumber, Kenny the electrician, Nelson the painter, Edwin and his Dad the tile workers, and another Nelson who was the carpenter (hope I have not missed anyone). Each person knew the trade well and completed the task to perfection.

Most importantly, after we agreed on the final design, Tommy presented a timeline of events. We knew what would happen when. DIA lived up to its word: project was completed by the specified date. We are so thankful that we chose DIA, and can best describe the company as being trustworthy, truthful, professional, friendly, courteous, and having a skilled team of tradesmen, each expert in their respective field.

In all, we could not be happier. We will definitely use them for future projects. Thank you!

Very very friendly. Elliot spent time with me and answered all my questions. Made sure I received my quote as soon as possible. Was very happy with his customer service and the company informing me he was running late and then letting me know when he was in his way. The whole process was seamless.

Caleb and Marius are very personable and pay attention to detail. If they see something wrong that needs attention they take the initiative even though it was not part of the initial job. They even helped my neighbors in distress despite it being late and off the clock. What a team!!! I am confident that everything has been done properly.

Elliot went above and beyond on solving my leak in my shower. He spent a lot of time trouble shooting my problem. After diagnosing my problem he quoted a price that was $450.00 less that the plumbing company I normally use. Thanks Ben Franklin Plumbing. Marius did an outstanding job replacing my water heater! He was very punctual, arriving right on time, and his knowledge was evident throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, and his efficiency was impressive—he had the job done quicker than I expected without compromising quality. Thanks to Chris S. for coming out today for my service. Old shower faucet that was too calcified for me to remove myself. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable and very friendly. Totally recommend the company for any plumbing needs, and if they send Chris out to you then you know you’re in good hands!

Excellent company! I have used this company 2 times. Chris and Marius are great technicians. They are incredibly good plumbers and I highly recommend them. Chris saved my back today by fixing a broken pipe and raising it so I don't have to lay on the ground to turn the water on, on my deck!

Caleb is a wonderful plumber. He explained all the work to me when I had a leak under my sink. He came and gave me the estimate and I decided to go ahead and do the work. He did half of it today and will be back tomorrow to finish it. So far, he changed both the shut off valves under my sink and stopped my flooding. so glad I decided to use Benjamin Franklin plumbing for the first time

It certainly was a pleasure to work with Edwin on our repairs. Edwin has wonderful customer service skills and expertise in the area of plumbing. I will certainly continue to use his company and request Edwin on any further Plumbing issues in my condos.

Both Caleb and Chris did an amazing installation of a water heater. Ours wasn’t a simple installation but they figured out a way to install it and make it fit in our laundry room with 4 other water heaters. They were on time, courteous, and extremely professional. Would highly recommend…
