I’ve used this company before with great satisfaction however this week the stars were out of alignment.
Marius was however the light at the end of the tunnel. He was quick to address the issue and perform a good solid repair. He was efficient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to know. He has restored my confidence and I will continue to call BJ Plumbing when in need.

Great experience! Brett was professional, on time, and did an excellent job replacing our bathroom faucets. Everything works perfectly and looks great

Bret spotted the problem immediately. Since it was a new kitchen remodel, i had to call the contractor back to fix it. Thanks for Bretts expertise anyways!!

Thanks so much to Mr. Marius. You did an excellent job today!!! You checked and tested all components of the water heater along with the electrical panel to make sure all circuit breakers were working properly together. We're so happy we can now take nice hot showers again and wash my hair...FINALLY LOL 😅 But most importantly Mr. Marius was knowledgeable professional patient and kind with all my concerns. Keep up the great work Mr. Marius! 😊🤩

I got in touch with this company because of concerns with my water heater. As stressful as something like that is, it was made less so by the service we received. Marius was friendly and courteous as he diagnosed the issues and explained to me what they were as well as the reasons for them. While he was here, he also took a look around our condo to ensure we had no other plumbing issues. I appreciated his thoroughness and willingness to help me understand what needed to be done and why. The service with this company is excellent.

I have an older house and needed alot of leaks and miscellaneous stuff updated, plus two new toilets, the first plumber that came out didn't do a good job and when he finished we still had leaks, but the company made good and sent another plumber out,and Marius came to the rescue and fixed everything, he was very professional and knowledgeable and just an all around good guy,and a big thank you to Michael the manager for sending Marius and for working with me with financing.

Would 100 percent recommend Ben Franklin if you need any plumbing work done big or small. Marius is the man! Very friendly and super smart.
