Our plumber was on time (same day service), friendly, efficient and solved the problem in 20 minutes. The price was very reasonable. Will use again!

Plumbers were excellent!! That I want to make clear BUT ... if you can get by the young girl that always answers their phone which unfortunately you can not .. she is very unfriendly very unprofessional and just rude ..not sure if she is a family member (which would explain why she still works there ) then you will be ok.. the big company I work for I actually put them on our list for a great plumbing company to call .. NO MORE !! Because of her they are no longer on our list .. Don’t want our customers to have to deal with her rudeness.. Very Disappointing that owners of companies don’t realize that the person who answers their phone can make or break their business.. No one needs to deal with people like this

Extremely happy with my experience. From my initial call to the actual service - the company was kind, professional, informative, and efficient. The technician who responded exceeded my expectations - he provided answers and fixed the issue quickly, all while being diligent about cleanliness.

If you can get past the rude lady named Jaime without an argument when trying to schedule, then maybe you'll get an appointment within a week. I've never seen a more unprofessional administrative staff in my life. They came out to my home, per insurance request, and spent 2.5 hours onsite doing an inspection for a manifold, only to request a re-inspection to check behind the dishwasher.Sounds to me they are racking up a hefty bill to send to my insurance company in my opinion.

Last summer My Plumbing Company had a huge job tunneling under my house to replace 43 year old cast iron pipes. They did an excellent job and I was completely satisfied. Today, I had a toilet problem in one of my bathrooms. Don (the boss) came withing an hour, spent several hours diagnosing and fixing my problem and then refused to charge me, even after he sent Bill over to reset one of the toilets. I heartily recommend My Plumbing Company.

This is the third time I use this company. They are phenominal! Their work ethics are exceptional. And they are local. I’m a strong advocate for local businesses. What’s that commercial on tv, I LOVE THOSE GUYS. Well, I love these guys!!! Keep up the great work!

I had a great experience at My Plumbing Co.! The receptionist (Jamie) was pleasant and efficient and scheduled a repair visit for later that same day. The service technician (Dan) was on time, knowledgeable and worked quickly. The cost was MUCH less than I would have paid with a larger company!! Based on my experience with this and other plumbing outfits, I highly recommend My Plumbing Co.!!

Great company to work with. Very reasonable prices. Lindsay was very helpful called right away to set up an appt. William DeRpsa show up on time. Left everything clean checked that everything was working. He showed me everything that was replace. Very respectful, very honest. Highly recommend them.

Another job well done. Bill is such a pleasure to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and he works fast. Due to a break in my main water feed, debris got into my lines causing a partial blockage in my kitchen faucet cold water line. Bill cleared the line quickly and full pressure was restored.

It wasn't a great experience.
They promised to perform all the tasks we discuss. However, they did not write all the tasks on the task list and argued that they weren't asked to do it.
I got a quote from Dunn who is the owner of the company. He was very nice and professional. I explained that I need a new water heater, route new water line for washer, route water line for outside faucet, and make a hole for dryer to connect, clear the drain clog. He told me he can do it all for this price. He wrote a quote. I called them to performed the task.
The technician came and went over what i need them to do. I explained all the tasked they need to perform and he said no problem. I asked if they can fix sink faucet. The technician said " we can do it for free since the project is a big." I paid deposit of 25% and they came to do the work last week.
They did all the tasks except making hole on the wall.They did not try to test the washer. I started the washer and it overflowed. They told me that they will come back and fix it and do the faucet next time(they couldn't fix the faucet, so they told me to get a new faucet). I made a payment and asked if they are going to make a hole for the dryer . He replied " it wasn't on the task list and he will ask about it." They called me many times to make a payment. However, I called 3 times Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to make an appointment for them to comeback. Receptionist responded" I will call you back." She never called me back. I kept calling and finally made an appointment. No apology for not finishing the job the first time . I couldn't use the washer until they came yesterday. A technician came and installed the faucet and snaked the drain. They tried to charge additional service fee. They didn't even make a hole saying they don't do such service. They made a hole for outside faucet, so why can't they? I had to call someone to make a hole and connect the dryer. I call them and told them I am not paying for the additional charge. I even wanted to get refund for the cost I paid to the other company for making the hole, but I let it go. They waived the cost of snake but charged me $150 for faucet installation. I wouldn't have hired them if they told me that they can't do all the tasked I asked for.Very dishonest company.

UPDATE: They have made a change of business strategy and no longer offer residential service calls. That's their right, and I will miss their service.

Based on five interactions on several subjects -- I can recommend this company without hesitation. Prices are reasonable. They show up when promised. Everybody was abundantly professional on the phone. They stand behind their work. They have earned my future business.

Bill and his associate provided highly efficient, professional service, first to provide estimates for our insurance company, and then to repair a broken pipe in our home. They communicate clearly and are prompt. They completed a tidy, elegant re-route in less time than we expected such a job would take. We recommend them highly!

From the first call I knew I made the right decision working with this company. They were patient, understanding, responsive and the labor charges were extremely reasonable. Jaime was fantastic to speak with and was very knowledgeable. Quick appointment time and the plumber showed up on time as promised. He was extremely professional and kind. Don and his staff at My Plumbing Company are the most trustworthy company I have ever worked with in South Florida. They went above and beyond to make sure I knew the scope of work and explained everything every step of the way. I had my house trenched, cast iron removed, and PVC installed. My mind is so at ease with the professional work they did.

I contacted My Plumbing Company, since they were a local plumbing company, to provide a quote for replacing my main shut-off water valve, which had rusted.
I spoke with Lindsay, at their office, who inquired what type of work I needed & scheduled a time for their plumber to come & provide a free estimate. She explained their plumber would call at least 1/2 hour before the appointment to let me know their estimated arrival time.
As promised, William (Bill) DeRosa, called, to let me know when to expect him & arrived at the promised time. He looked at the old shut-off valve & quoted me such a reasonable cost, I decided to have him replace the three hose bibbs & my leaking shower valve cartridge in the master shower.
I signed the work agreement & Bill did the work that same day.
The following week, I called & spoke with Lindsay to get a quote for removing my old bathroom cabinets/toilets & install new ones. That same day, the president of the company, Donald Dunn, left me a voicemail to give him a call so he could get some more information, so he could provide an accurate qoute & send the right people for the job.
I called him back the next day, providing the requested measurements & the expected timeliine of when Lowes would deliver the new cabinets, faucets & toilets for my two bathrooms.
Lindsay called me back & provided me a breakdown of all the costs, & when they would send Tyler to come & tear out the cabinets.
After that, Bill & his helpers came out & everything went so smoothly. They even worked with me to push up the install dates, when the cabinet replacements arrived a couple of days early, so my expected guest would have a finished bathroom upon their arrival.
A week later, I reached out to Lindsay again & she sent Bill out to replace my kitchen faucet, which I discovered was leaking & put in a new garbage disposal.
My sincerest thanks to Lindsay, Donald, Bill, Tyler & everyone else who took care of all my plumbing needs.

Our kitchen faucet started spraying water sideways while running. I contacted a plumbing technician to fix it. He replaced the damaged aerator. The flow is normal again.

Not sure what was wrong but pipes were making weird noises. Reached out to this experts and they figured it out quickly. Quiet again thankfully.

Toilet flush was very weak. Their team repaired the internal parts and improved it. Flush is strong and reliable now.

I had water pooling near the foundation. They checked the nearby plumbing and fixed a cracked outdoor line.
