Highly recommend! I work at a garage company and our air conditioner in the office started leaking. I called the company and spoke to a technician named Maraz who arrived shortly after. He was very helpful and took care of the leak to my satisfaction. Thank you very much.

I was referred to Rick by my brother, an A/C indoor air expert, who has endorsed Ice C Cool for their value, work and expertise. Rick, who is the owner, responded quickly to my call and within 72 hours. A new unit was installed and it is working great. His crew were very professional, they cleaned up the garage spotlessly, and their warranty and service agreements are the best I have ever soon.

Kenneth and Campbell were great! They were punctual, friendly and did a great job of explaining what was going on with our AC unit at our place of business. We would definitely use this company again for our AC needs!

David was very responsive when we called to let him know our AC was not cooling properly .a tech came out that same day , and it failed a few hours later HOWEVER , the following day David sent the A team to repair it and we are satisfied with the service .

Excellent customer service. We were having issues were our ac and reached out. They set a window for the appointment and there was great communication. They showed up on time and the techs Kenny and Campbell, were friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly figured out the issue amd got it taken care of. We highly recommend this company.

Very bad service. We just hired a new air conditioning service and it's causing more problems than the old one. We've been without air conditioning for four days and they haven't fixed it.

I called in late in the day, and David was able to send out technician Campbell to diagnose my leaking AC. He quickly identified the problem and took the time to explain and show us what was happening. The following day, Campbell replaced the evaporator coil and tested the unit before completing the job. He did an excellent job—I would definitely recommend this company and use them again for future services.
