I have used Icee Cool for over 8 years. They are dependable honest and thorough. I have never had a bad experience with any of their technicians. However Campbell came today to my home and business for regular maintenance and he was absolutely phenomenal!!! Now I have a favorite tech!! Walked me through each step of maintenance took pictures gave me some pointers and I felt 100% confidence he was thorough in his service call. (And he dusted my vent for me) 😀Happy employees = great customer service way to go Campbell and company.

I was having AC issues. I happened to look outside and saw an AC van parked out front doing service for a neighbor. I went out and spoke with Campbell (the technician) and with a quick phone call I was able to get my AC diagnosed and fixed. Campbell was very methodical in checking the whole system and fixed all the existing problems. So happy I went out to speak with him right away. Campbell was very kind and professional and I will be using Ice-C-Cool for my AC needs moving forward!

We are very happy with their service, repaired our new air condition that was only 2 years old, I only wish the contractor had them install our unit instead of A&A Mechanical Group Air Condition Installer, we had problem with our air condition from day 1 they were not able to repair it, I was given Ice C Cool name from my neighbour, called them they came right away and fixed my unit.

Everyone was super nice. They showed up right on time and were able to complete the entire install within the day. Will definitely continue to use them for all my a/c needs.

A1 service! On time and cleaned up afterwards. Fair pricing. Have used them since 2012. Will continue use their services.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company is a scam! I had them come out and do a Maintenance check on my AC. Part of the check is to flush the drain, THEY DID NOT DO THAT! I had a diff tech come out and check my AC, nothing was done by ICE C COOL. I asked for a refund and the guy refused. He was extremely rude. Just looking at the AC is not part of the Maintenance. I could have looked at the AC myself for free. I felt extremely taken advantage of and completely ripped off. Do not use this company.

I also needed to clean my coils. This company wanted to scam me and charge me $1200 to clean the coils for my AC. I called multiple companies and the most expensive quote I received was $800, they wanted to scam me.

I also had to wait HOURS for someone to come out. I understand traffic sucks, but do not tell me he is 10 mins away and then 30 minutes later he is still not here. Overall, this company is extremely sketchy and completely unreliable.

Honest and fast service. They always let you know they are coming. They do the job without fuss and honour their warranty. Have been using them for over 10 years and have recommended them to my friends and to our HOA who also switched to them as well.

After several issues with my thermostat and air conditioning system, it seems to finally be fixed. The technician from IC Cool Mechanical was thorough and found the problem, and was helpful setting up my phone connection with the thermostat. I would recommend the company.

Had a great experience with Ice C Cooling Replacing all of my ductwork. Jose, communicated with me throughout the whole project involve me in every decision very well good quality work and cleaned up!!

I would rate them at a ten. They beat the lowest price of 3 quotes I received for total replacement of my central AC (condenser & handler) They completed the installation with in 8 hours and made sure it would pass inspection by the City of Plantation. Their technicians are also very professional as well. I loved the fact that they didn't leave a mess behind when they repaired our ac. I recommend Ice C Cool Mechanical whenever I can.
