Te’Darrel Duncan was the technician who came to do maintenance on our two AC units. He texted us that he was enroute. He was friendly, worked quickly and efficiently. Updated us about the amount of drainage as well as a possible future problem. I would happily have him return for our next maintenance and would recommend him and this company for anyone needing AC maintenance or repairs. I have used for many years and am always satisfied.

This year they have replaced three ACs for me. They are highly professional, very responsive, great coordinating the work and leaving everything clean.
I would like to recognize specially Dave who coordinated the work end-to-end keeping informed until successful completion.
One recommendation if you need urgent AC replacement, get confirmation that they have the equipment available before making the initial payment.

They replaced our entire air-conditioning system And relocated to a different portion of our home it works great we’re very happy with it. We had a problem with the heater when it got cold out. Keep in mind, the heater had never been used until the temperature dropped here in South Florida. When we turn the heater on, we had a small problem With a blown fuse. However, they came out, changed out the unit for a more efficient one and now it works perfect perfectly. Given the fact that it was 35° in South Florida yesterday we are glad to have it working perfectly and keeping our house toasty warm.

Ice C Cool Air Conditioning for all AC Needs...

As a replacement for my previous A/C and Heating maintenance and repairs company that closed after many years, I was skeptical of how this company would perform and at what cost. I was very pleasantly surprised. They did an excellent and comprehensive initial service and checked and even took pictures of all the system components, documenting those needing repair or replacement. The serviceman was polite, knowledgable, and efficient, and he explained everything to me, including costs which were less than what I had been paying. He alerted me to the good, bad, and ugly of my system. Based on this initial experience I took a maintenance contract with them for the coming year.

I recommend this company 100%. They have reasonable pricing and their work and professionalism are excellent. They installed a new AC and worked diligently with the city to obtain the permits and approval. ALWAYS answer your phone calls and provide answers to your questions.

I had a very positive experience with Ice C Cool for my AC installation. I really appreciated their flexibility, especially the ability to choose the exact equipment I wanted instead of being limited to a short list. They’re also one of the few companies willing to work with customer-purchased equipment. While I ultimately had them handle the purchase, having that option mattered to me.

Their pricing was very competitive, and communication was great throughout the process. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and were transparent about a small equipment delay so I always knew what to expect.

There was a minor issue after installation with the outdoor unit cover, but once I reported it, they addressed it quickly and sent someone out to fix it. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend them.
