First time at the store, the person so met was simply The MOST KNOWLEDGABLE I have ever come across!!! I mean down to the internal manufacturing materials of each component and how they interact with each other over time and the mixed life expectancy at a component level. No one knows “why does..._____?” today, usually you get either the blank stare or clearly a bs answer made up at the moment...

There’s only 1 place I’m getting my parts from since then!!!

Looking for a good customer friendly place to shop then check this place. It's like how is was in the old days when you go to a store and the owner knows you by name. You get a feeling of familiarity and comfort knowing you have someone you can interact with and get good advice.

I Bought a capacitor for my ac unit like 2 years ago and they help me big time, I need a blower motor so I will be there tomorrow again!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Just called them to ask a question and see if they have a part for my a/c and the person that answered the phone didn't want to be bothered and was very rude. I would not recommend this place to any one if they don't have time to answer a question.

He did his due diligence to make sure I had the exact part and not just what I thought I needed. Awesome to have someone that will sell direct to consumer and carries a large stock of hard to find parts.

Lowe's referred me here to purchase AC tablets. On my initial visit, I was pleased because they mentioned to call maintenance as I lived in a condo and drain should be cleared out. I appreciated the advice. After the AC guy came, he told me I didn't need the tablets so I returned them without opening. They took a 10% discount for unopened return. I didn't see any sign posted about returns. Although it wasn't a huge amount, it was the principal of being short changed.

Twice I’ve bought a fan motor from this store and they didn’t work right out the box, when I went to return the motor I was told since it was opened it can’t be returned, the first time it happened I can understand but two times in a row the motor didn’t work, other stores return policies are not available better and the motors actually work.

When my A/C went down, they helped me to get all the Caps. and the Contactor that I needed to get back up and running with NO hassle! $45 in parts and half a day of my time (mostly my fault) was all it took.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Dwayne the owner of this store is real people, he takes the time to explain everything to you. We were getting price quotes of almost 6k. We have used Dwaynes shop before to keep our 2005 AC going for years and it finally died out. Of course living in S. FL it is right in the middle of a brutal heat wave in June. He gave amazing advice and not only sold us a quality system by Carrier he recommend and amazing installer who dropped everything and installed it same day. The Price for the AC unit and compressor was only 2200 with a 10 year warranty! The quotes we received where outrageous. Right now I am so happy and so very grateful. His store and company is old school amazingness! He takes the time to talk to every customer and explain everything and is an upstanding business man. Thank you so much!

Had a problem occur around 4:45 PM yesterday (11/13/2024) and panicked as I did not have the parts on me and all of the supply stores close at 5 PM ... I called Eastern AC Supply at 4:50 PM and had got on the phone with Dwayne and told him the few specific HVAC parts I needed and he had them brought over from the warehouse and the parts were there this morning (11/14/2024) at 7:30 AM which was supplemented by a text directly from Dwayne that the parts were in and ready for pickup. I am ultimately grateful for the service and respect I received and wanted to recognize Dwayne for the superior customer service and professionalism I received from him and Eastern AC Supply. If only every store would be as delightful to deal with as Eastern AC Supply we would live in a better world. Thank you Dwayne and Eastern AC Supply, I will definitely be back!! Nice service and convenient location but the store at Company's Rd It's not well assortment because I was looking for two parts and they had only one and sent me to the other store to pick it up, I believe that the have to use an a good software to track how many items left in stock, and also need a have transportation mean to bring the part from the other store instead to the to customer has to go losing time and fuel.

Chris installed 2 bedroom units and a living room unit for us. I was very pleased with Chris service and quality of work. He was very thorough in proposing options, explaining the process, reviewing association guidelines, maintaining clean/aesthetically pleasing work, and following up after installation. I had been putting off fixing my window AC because I never had time and I thought it would be a pain to figure out who could do it. As I was searching on the Internet, I bumped into Hi Top's Heating & Air Conditioning and I'm so happy I called them. Their service was excellent. Chris came to my apartment that same day, was right on time, suggested different ways to solve the problem... it took him about 45 min to get the job done and made sure that I was happy with every detail.
