Bryan is phenomenal. He was referred to me by my prior hvac company who was not picking up work at the time and is since no longer in business due to an illness. Since finding him, he has been over to service our two units three or so times. When our upstairs unit started blowing smoke out of our vents very late one night, he was here the next morning. Just yesterday, our downstairs unit stopped cooling and he was here, got it fixed up and we were running again. He told me that hopefully we can get five more years out of our two Trane units. Interestingly enough, one of the larger companies told me four or so years ago, that they both needed to be replaced. So Bryan is obviously super trustworthy and is not going to tell you that you need something that you don’t actually need. He is an absolute godsend and we are truly thankful for him.
