Juan and his team at Expert Cool Air Conditioning are top notch. We’ve made use of their services for over a few years now and they are absolutely Professional, courteous, honest, and no BS. Needed my whole AC unit changed recently and from initial assessment, quotes (new unit vs. replacement parts etc.), to the finished installation, throughout all aspects they demonstrated a level of commitment that was outstanding in all ways. That’s rare down here in the SoFlo area. Recommend them 1000% all day every day to get your house cooled or heated the right way.

They where out right away! Best part they took readings before and after service to see the improvement in air temperature once service was completed. Great company to deal with!

I went with this company after receiving quotes for a system replacement from a lot of others. Their quote was actually the second lowest but the way in which they explain what was being done along, timeframe to complete and options available with its consequences was the reason I decide to go with them.

I am almost a month post install and my system is awesome- my monthly energy savings will pay for the system. There were other services that I requested but they were able to assess my system and let me know that was not something that I need. They prevented me for spending unnecessary money which tell you a lot about who you are dealing with.

This company really looks out for their customers. I got an email today with recommendation on maintain my system while Florida is experiencing the cold weather…

He showed us his process step by step so we understood the problem and possible solutions. He even took the time to climb into our attic to see if there was a cost effective way to repair our A/C and return the air faster. I got 3 quotes total for a new AC unit at my home and by the time I got to Juan and his company, I knew right away he was going to be the choice. He’s fair, honest and most importantly knowledgeable. He helped me out with everything I needed and recommended me the best unit possible. We choose Expert Cool Air because of the customer rating and there is no doubt they lived up to the 5 star rating. Juan was very responsive to help us get a quote and install a new AC within 3 days. Typically other companies I spoke with would take a week or two. He coordinated everything and just showed up with his team to do the install and make sure everything went smooth. When I had a couple questions about the system and implementation, he returned my calls immediately even though the system was already installed and the job was completed. You can shop around and will receive the same price range for an AC, but for me what matters the most is being able to work with actual people who are genuine and want to make sure you are taken care of properly.

Juan and his team responded snd arrived within an hour of my call. They diagnosed and repaired the problem and had the AC back up and running quickly. They delivered above my expectations and I highly recommend them!

He worked quickly and cleaned my filter and flushed it out. Cheaper than my last company and did more. Im impressed.then offered to comeback if the problem occurred again, no charge who does this? Great company.

My ac went out again, this company came out same day. Said I need a blower, unit is 14 years, so i opted to get a new one. Advised price options and could install in a couple days. They came did it in hours with a crane too. Over and above what I expected, took out shelves, replaced them swept my door mats, polite, efficient, and I got a reduction also that he passed on instead of kept.honest reliable. Can't say enough. Please hire the new guy on the block.

I had him back for a maint in January, he called advised me I have no heat pump or heat strips to heat home, it was cold here, but it did the job to get my temp up, but blows cool .I wish he gave me the option of having a heater, I had no idea it wouldn't .
