I needed the AC unit on my house replaced; Juan and his company came recommended from a friend. He's been very responsive, professional, and punctual throughout the whole process. He's well organized, knows what he's talking about and does what he says he's going to do when he says he's going to do it. His crew was professional, polite, and respectful of the surrounding property - working around landscaping and other obstacles. I got multiple quotes and found his price to be competitive. I also appreciate that he quoted me for what I needed instead of trying to push any unnecessary extra add-ons as other companies did in their quotes. I've had no issues with the process or the work so far and would easily recommend him and his company for any AC work needed.

I found this company on Facebook and the entire process of getting a quote, qualifying for financing, and scheduling the Installation was clear and straightforward. The price and terms were reasonable. The installers were prompt, professional, and efficient.

I got service around the beginning of May. I normally get my AC Unit serviced every 7-8 months for leak due to a clogged drain pan. The last company I was affiliated with charged me way too much money for that particular service. Not only am I appreciative of Juan’s company prices but I enjoyed his relatability. I was expecting a long wait and a high bill, but they were incredibly responsive, professional, and cost-effective. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had it fixed in no time. The service was not only fast but also friendly and thorough.

He discussed my AC situation and made a suggestion to try, but put me on his schedule for later that day if I still needed someone. He clearly explained what his process would be and how much he would charge. He followed this process exactly, with excellent communication all the way along. He fixed the problem, put me on his service list as I requested and billed ne exactly what he said he would. It is so surprising these days when you get service of this caliber that clearly lays out a plan and follows through with it in every detail. I didn’t know anything about A/C’s. Got one to one knowledge on troubleshooting our AC system before replacing our unit. Expert Cool Air Conditioning Services removed my AC in the Attic professionally and installed my new unit in the garage. This was a clean install, no mess and hassle. I was even given a quick guide of knowledge after the installation was completed. Most companies won’t say anything and leave it as is.
