These guys are absolute crooks. I had water dripping out of the dripping pan. I called Big C and Sons and the contractor came out to diagnose the problem. While checking out the AC system, the contractor kept coming up with different reasons he believed caused the water dripping. He could not find the problem but tried to "hustle" me out of more money then the cost to diagnose the unit. He tried explaining that because he spent more then 1 hour in my home looking for the problem, I should be charged an additional $150 for the diagnose. When I disagree he went to disconnect his freon tester and purposely removed one of the wires from the condenser unit. Before they came I only had a simple problem with water dripping out of the dripping pan. Within 3 hours after the contractor left, the compressor stop working and the entire house got really hot. The next day I called them and the owner was rude and refuse to send the contractor back out to check the problem. I called another contractor and they couldn't find the issue and told me I needed to replace the entire unit. I had to rent a hotel for 1 day ($200) and stay away for several other days. I called yet a 3rd contractor because I was convinced that the unit stopped working because of something that the Big C and Sons contractor did. The 3rd contractor confirmed that the Big C and Sons contractor purposely removed one of the wires from the condenser unit. If I didn't call another honest contractor, these guys would have caused me to lose about $5,000 on buying a new unit. Beware of these crooks and keep them away from your home.

Thankful, they came out on a Saturday, handled everything perfectly. Highly recommend. Extremely professional wouldn’t use anyone else to service my home.

Thank to my neighbor Diana for referring me to Big C and Sons. Since the summer started I've been having air conditioning issue...! That's until Big C and Sons installed a new unit in my home , life has beena 100% better since then . I would recommend anyone who is experiencing A.C problems to give Big C andC and Sons a call . They also have payment plans .

These guys are the best! I needed to have a unit moved and new ducts installed. They did it in on a couple days, the work was perfect and they cleaned up. Byron will be the only AC guy I use in the future!

This company is simply amazing! Byron is the Best! Our AC went out yesterday, we called many other places to come out (with no luck) before I found Big C and Sons. I’m soooo glad I did! Even though it was 10:45 at night, he picked up right away and was at our house within 20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and knew everything he needed to do to get our AC up and running again. My husband and I called this company for a 2nd quote to replace a unit in the townhouse we recently purchased. Upon assessment of the indoor unit the technician told my husband he could not touch the unit because apparently the previous company left it open. We are fine with them following company policy but when we thought he was putting away the ladder they left. He didn't say they were leaving. No quote. They just left. I called and said we didn't know you where leaving and we didn't receive the quote to replace the unit. The technician said we'll come back. I told them not to come back. My husband and I are polite people so I was confused by the lack of customer service. In this situation the customer service was very poor. I have never had a repair assessment done and the technicians leave in that manner. If this customer service is how this company does business I'm happy to know before spending thousands of dollars with them.
