My husband and I came to Florida for my mother’s funeral and upon staying at my father’s house the air went out. We got on line and searched for an AC repair company. We were pleased to read all the many reviews from this company and thought let’s call them. Boy are we glad we did!! Big C and sons came that same morning and examined the problem, said we needed a new compressor. He gave us an awesome price and did the install that afternoon. We were concerned and a bit worried due to the nature of our situation that my father and all our out of town family and guests needed to be cool. But Byron promised by the afternoon we would have cool air and kept his promise! Thank you Big C and sons for helping us during this difficult time.

Byron and his crew were very reasonable and prompt. I called him at 2pm and he was at my house by 4pm on a Sunday! He told me he would be back bright and early to replace my air conditioner and that he did :) I am very please with this company and would recommend them to anyone. Excellent AC contractor, which are surprisingly hard to come by. Byron and his team will take excellent care whether you need service on your system or need a new system installed. I initially called for a quote since my system was aging and not running well. The quote I received was the most competitive by far and Byron was able to get my old system running long enough to plan out the replacement. When the time came to replace, they made the job look easy, I'm very pleased with how everything turned out. I highly recommend Big C & Sons.

My AC stopped working at 7pm on a Monday. I called Big C & Sons, and Byron was there in 15 minutes. He worked in the rain and had it running in less that an hour. They’ll definitely be my first call next time I have AC problems.

Called Big C when our system was not working and other companies were telling me that they could not service our system for about a week. It was at 7:00 pm. Within about a hour a service technician, Byron, was at our house. Byron was very knowledgeable and immediately ascertained the problem and fixed it. Professional and knowledgeable and very fairly priced even for late night call. Will be switching my maintenance contract to their company.

Discovered an issue with the AC in the evening, so I called Big C and Sons for the first time because they were a local small business and still open in the evening. I'll call them again in the future because Byron arrived quickly and got the work done the next morning when promised at a fair price. Highly recommended.

9 years ago I reached out to Big C and sons as I needed a new ac compressor to be installed . Byran (owner of Big C) was very professional , honest and reliable. In less than 1 week I was back to having cold air again in my condo and very happy with the service from Big C and sons . Based on how impressed I was and the amazing customer service i received 9 years ago ,I did not hesitate to reach out to Byran again when my ac stopped working in another condo.

Was hot all day made a call to Big C and Sons and they were out within 45 min on a Saturday night and had my AC running soon after they arrived. Big thanks to Byron for his excellent service and years of experience!

I had an issue with my AC where the blower motor stopped working completely. After defrosting the coils and trying everything I could, I called in a professional — and I’m so glad I did. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed capacitor (not the motor like I feared), replaced it on the spot, and had the system running perfectly again in no time.
