My A/C was damaged by the landscapers that do my property and I came home from work to a 85 degree house and I immediately called Air-Tech, they were closed, left a message and Lisa called me at 7am next day and Giovanni showed up 1/2 hour later and fixed the problem in 10 minutes, I am grateful for this very professional company who knows their stuff and actually cares about their customers. All I can say is A+ service all around, from reception to techs.

Air-Tech just replaced my entire air conditioning system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. A full team showed up right on time, worked efficiently all day, and left everything spotless. They explained every step of the process, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and you could tell they really take pride in doing the job right the first time. The new system is running beautifully—quiet, cold, and efficient. If you want professionals who actually care about quality workmanship, Air-Tech is the company to call. Highly recommend!

Dr. HVAC is one of the most professional HVAC companies I've dealt with that services Miami Beach. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a new A/C system or repair. The owner, Junior articulately describes the issues and doesn't try to upsell you something you do not need!

The absolute worst at diagnosing the real issue. The person that came by to diagnose my issue by the name Chris misdiagnosed my issue twice and on two separate occasions and led me to spend a fortune.

On his first visit he cane by and diagnosed my ac unit and acceded that my condenser was dirty and needed cleaning. After he left I had my unit professionally cleaned.

After about 1 week I had called him back to re-diagnose the issue. He made up a story and continued to say the unit was filthy and needed clean and needed a new motor as the system was freezing up due to both these issues. He said that he can replace the condenser unit outside for a price with a used unit. I decided against him doing the work.

I completely took his word and went with getting a newer unit installed. After spending a small fortune on the new unit, this new person installing the unit found the true issue with the unit being only a small $100 part that would take 10 minutes to replace.

Wish I never with with this company. Would have save almost $1200

They were like the third company I called to get an estimate on installing a new ecobee 4 thermostat. I attempted to install it myself, but realize that I could finish the job once I realized the layout of HVAC system. After calling and speaking with their friendly receptionist, I got an appointment the same day. The technician Chris was great and explained everything to me in great detail. I am very satisfied with the level of service and highly recommend them.

We needed an emergency service call for our central air unit. It stopped working at around 11pm. It was getting unbelievable hot in the house and anyone with an infant knows how stressful it can be trying to maintain the right temperature for the baby. I had called so many hvac repair companies with no luck at all. My wife got in touch with Dr. HVAC and from the first contact to the end of our service was beyond anything I could imagine. They were the only ones that were willing to take us. They managed to dispatch one of their technicians, Christopher Singh is his name. Christopher was so polite and understanding. He worked around our covid cautious antics. I never met anyone so knowledgeable with AC units ever. He was able diagnose the problem rather quickly and also informed us that we had bacteria build up in our unit that we weren't aware (we had just moved into the home and this was our first service call with anyone). He was able to fix the issue by replacing two parts on the outside fan unit and then he cooled the unit down since it was overheated. He gave the unit a little manual rotation and it spun up. The darn thing started working. It Hasn't overheated or had any issues since. I highly recommend this company 100 percent.

I called yesterday 12/26/2021 and spoke with Chris, regarding having my air ducts cleaned. I inquired on Sanitization which he provided the price. Scheduled to have a technician come out today 12/27/2021. I was informed by Chris, that an assessment would be done prior to services rendered. However, nothing was ever mentioned about booking a second appointment for actual services. I called the office to speak with Chris, because, I noticed the technician left without saying anything, meanwhile I am expecting my air ducts are to be cleaned. “Whole reason for the appointment” some lady answers the office line and informs me Chris isn’t available. I am explaining to her what’s taking place and what I had initially called and booked. She’s insisting on telling me the exact same thing I just mentioned to her. Keeps telling me she will have her “manager” call me back to explain, because, apparently, I am not comprehending. Despite me informing her, I was aware of the inspection being done prior to the services. She then proceeds to rudely hang up the phone, as I am asking for her name. I called back “twice” and she ignored both of my calls. Incredible lack of professionalism by the office staff and the technician who just left without saying anything. Total waste of my time waiting for hours to not have services rendered.

I’m contracted with DR HVAC to come out and look at my AC units monthly. They were good at first, but they have been CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD for months without showing up or making repairs.

I tried calling, but for the last 60 days or so, they have been “temporarily closed”. I left so many voicemails; no one returned my call.

Because I’m with them on autopay, I cannot get out of the contract and their system has been charging me monthly. They aren’t answering the phone. I have to CANCEL my credit card and get a new one just so I don’t get charged any more.

I’m so angry. I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to stop others from getting scammed.

Adam was great! Customer service was 100%. Very professional and knowledgeable. Went the extra mile to help with important information. Was courteous and respectful of my home and property. If I do any future work would like it to be him. Thanks Adam 😊

I submitted a request for my a/c late last night, and first thing this morning I was advised a tech would meet me at my home between 10am-1pm. Adam showed up a few minutes past 10am and was very professional, took time out to show me what was the issue. Fixed it for me, and gave me some tips to maintain the ac in optimal condition. Very very impressed. I even called the office as soon as he left to let them know they sent a very professional and knowledgeable tech. Thanks Adam!

Christopher was very polite and knowledgeable about his craft. He educated me about any questions I had asked him. I’m very glad I made the call to get my a/c serviced by this company. I highly recommend them and will be using Dr. HVAC in the future.

Dr. HVAC was amazing. I called them on one day and there technician was at my home the following day for the twice a year maintenance included with my contract. Technician was very professional and very knowledgable and very patient. Overall and excellent experience. I would not hesitate to refer Dr. HVAC to anyone.

They were extremely professional and reasonably priced. From the time I called to the time they got here, 5 stars all around. My AC stopped working and they were able to repair it within an hour. I would definitely use their services again.

My experience with Junior was remarkable. He was punctual and from what I noticed very knowledgeable in this field. He came in, fixed my Ac, changed my air filter and even educated me on how to maintain a clean and efficient AC. Oh, he was also able to install a pedicure foot-bath chair for me by assembling the wires and plumbing so that it drains and reels in water manually.

They came out very fast. They explained everything to me very clearly supporting their diagnosis with pictures. Gave me all my options and made sure I was happy with their work. I definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking for reliable and professional HVAC services!

We had problem with AC on Sunday and most of company doesn’t work on weekend, but luckily, we found Dr.HVAC. They are so understandable, helpful, sincere and Of course very professional. He knows exactly what to do and how to handle the issue. He took only 10-15 mins to fixed the AC. After that he took his time to explain the problem and give us the easy hints to help AC for long run. If you have any problems with AC, trust me. Dr.HVAC is the best company you should call. ☺️

Nothing worse than losing an air conditioner in the hot summer heat. I called Dr. HVAC and connected with Nadira. She immediately got me set up with an appointment and within hours a tech was at my home to diagnose the problem. Ricardo the tech identified the problem and quoted a reasonable cost to repair the air handler. The next day Chris the owner showed up on time and got me up and running. Great customer service with fair pricing is the best combination. I highly recommend Dr. HVAC and will continue to use them as my new AC company.

We had the UV treatment installed. We had the AC unit completely cleaned out. The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Super nice and spent lots of time educating us on best options.

We just had Chris come out due to our A/C not cooling our house down. We were expecting just a routine service, replenish the freon, etc. After a thorough inspection, we discovered that the last technician (NOT from Dr. HVAC) left our copper pipes touching and unfortunately melted them through causing a whole mess of issues. Chris informed us using photos and a detailed description what had to be done, and I trusted his opinion. Even though this expense was an unexpected one, I felt good knowing the job was done right. I highly recommend using this company, as it is rare in this business to have someone so knowledgeable with integrity to match.

I have used Dr. HVAC more than once. They are a very professional company. Their customer service staff are very friendly and accommodative. Their technical team members are very prompt in keeping up with the appointments. Their pricing is very reasonable and their work is exemplary.
