Great company. Our repair was something simple, but they explained what they did and the AC was fixed in no time. They arrived on time and were very helpful with any questions we had. I will definitely be saving their number for future reference.

Highly, highly recommend Dr.HVAC, and especially the excellent technicians Lance and Ricardo! Called midday on a Sat regarding an unresponsive thermostat/AC system, and while there was no weekend availability (it was a non-emergency), it was only a short turnaround for an appointment first thing Monday. All the personnel I spoke with, from intake (Nadira, I think) to techs, were patient and helpful, considering the property is a family member’s and I didn’t know much about the system or its history.

Special thanks to Lance and Ricardo, who make an awesome team: timely, professional, friendly and super efficient! They diagnosed and resolved the immediate issues in no time, and kept me informed on their findings and recommendations. That they did so while tolerating a sweltering condo and my extremely loud dog doing everything in his power to escape the room where he was being kept, was all the more impressive!

Overall, the service was smooth and straightforward from start to finish, and delivered what was needed—cool air and a fully operational thermostat!

In terms of value—I’m not from the area, but considering their efficiency, the prices seemed fair, as did those for suggested near-future updates ( I felt no pressure to make a call on those services, which to me is great customer service, but it was helpful to pass along to the homeowner. Add’l info and photos were provided with the invoice as well).

USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was quoted $550 from an “AC Specialist” when that sounded crazy money I called Dr. HVAC and found their pricing at $89 for one time or $189 year for a visit every 6 months. Today Ricardo & Ken came and they were AMAZING. Super friendly, knowledgeable, & even taught me a few things lol

Exceptional work ethics & quality. Always gets the job done & most importantly they are trustworthy unlike many other AC companies out there. They provide great service to myself, as well as family members, & to businesses that I have recommended.

The technician was excellent. Junior has been to my place 3x over the course of the year for things that needed work, and every time he left I was completely satisfied. He's professional and doesn't hike up a bill needlessly. Highly recommend the company and ask for Jr!

House was serviced in Dec. 2022, but finally writing a review. Found Dr. HVAC on Google in addition to two-three other HVAC vendors in Nov. 2022. In hindsight wish I went with another company. The service was prompt because it's a free quote for one of the team members to inspect the house and see the number of ducts before they do any work.

Junior, Andrew, and two other employees did the following: duct cleaning, duct-brush cleaning, blower cleaning, drain line flush and installed germicidal UV cleaning system (which is overpriced in my opinion). They were fast/efficient. Given the cost I expected the entire service to take at least three-four hours as they mentioned, but it only took an hour in total, and an extra 30 minutes because of the germicidal UV cleaning system (blue lightbulb) to be purchased and installed.

Overall Nadira runs a good company and has a good team, but should have done more due diligence at other companies who provided the same level of quality and care for a more affordable price. I also do not believe the germicidal UV cleaning system is/was worth it- should have been priced at $100 or so, not $650.

It was easy to book an appt. He called me within 15 min of my reaching out to him. He showed up nice and early and went above and beyond. He explained some things to me on how to help maintain my ac unit and even went to Home Depot to get me replacement filters. I would definitely use his services again.

Last week the blade for our AC broke and we called around to see if we could get a same day appointment and though the idea of it seemed simple enough since we knew what was wrongn only Dr.HVAC was able to deliver with no hassle over the phone. The whole process was easy. Our technician was Chris. He came and made me aware that he was there to fix the A/C then had the job done in less than 30mins. He was friendly to my two little ones that were running upto him as I was trying to make the payment. I appreciate the fact that he didn't leave anything behind on the ground and recommended that we get our system serviced once a yr to keep it running smoothly.

Dr. HVAC was great and I will definitely be using them again. They answered my call right away, came out the very next morning to diagnose the issue, and then came right back out the following day with all of the parts to complete the job. Junior and Chris were extremely professional and knowledgeable . Junior even offered to install my new thermostat without me even asking - hard to find great service like this these days!! A+++

Let’s fast forward to 2022. I’ve used this company in the past and decided to use them again as I was having problems with my old unit. Customer service is great but I’m an questioning their technician. I just installed a brand new unit that is not leaking in my house. My unit of over 10 years of which they suggested I change did not give me an issue with leaking for 7 years. Now I’m having a leak issue with a new unit.

Great customer service and very affordable. I will continue to use them for my future AC needs.

The last thing you want to happen on a Friday night after work is the AC to stop working. It’s Florida and it’s raining. My husband called an AC Company and they said we will have a tech call you in 30 minutes and it’s $69 for the visit. We were perfectly fine with that. After an hour and a half no call I googled a nearby company and came across Dr. HVAC. It was 6:30 pm and I didn’t expect anybody to answer. A woman name Nadira answered and asked what we were experiencing, placed me on a brief hold and then told me I would receive a call tonight. Gave me the 2 hour window and said I would receive a call 20 minutes prior to the Technician Christopher’s arrival. A little over 30 minutes into the 2 hour time frame I received a call (That I missed by the way) and a text that he was on the way. 15 minutes later Christopher arrived and what seemed like maybe 30 minutes later I heard that wonderful sound. The fan starting outside and the hush of cool wind starting to blow. He was very knowledgeable and professional. If we EVER need anything AC related in the future this is who we are going to call. This is who I am going to recommend if anybody asks me. Oh and after this we received a call from the other place we called asking if we needed an ac guy or electric guy. Then they said the cost would be $150. So more than double what they originally said. If you want an honest person to come and help with your air conditioning do not hesitate to call Dr. HVAC.

This company was recommended to me by my father and they have been a pleasure to work with. I received a complimentary 'second opinion' directly from the owner and after his inspection, we decided to go with Dr. HVAC for the work we need to do on the home. They are professional and quick to return calls. I have been pleased with the service I have received thus far. We are looking forward to the completion of the work.

Service technician Ricardo Smith arrived on time. Very knowledgeable and politely explained everything he was doing and things I could do myself. He was very efficient and an asset to DR.HVAC. I have used this company for 3 to 4 years and they are always on time and never try to sell extras but will explain how things work. I’ve used other companies in the past and I’ve never had service as good as DR.HVAC provides. I will never use anyone else.

I am completely satisfied with the service and repairs done on my air conditioner by Junior and Lance. On the initial service for routine maintenance, Junior pointed out the needed repairs and explained the function for each part. On the subsequent service call, Junior and Lance were very thorough, explaining and showing me their work as they progressed. In addition, they were very neat, considerate, and polite. Dr.HVAC was recommended to me by my neighbor, and I'm grateful for such knowledgeable and capable technicians.

My AC stopped working on the weekend. Chris was dispatched and arrived within the hour- much quicker than I expected. Very knowledgeable and great service! Will definitely use again.

Update: Had to use this company again for another AC disaster and the service is still top notch! Will continue to use and refer!

I highly recommend Dr. HVAC if you have any issues with your home AC system or even if you just need regular maintenance. I had an issue where my condenser unit had a blown out compressor and Dr. HVAC made the entire experience seamless and stress free. I called a few companies for estimates and Dr. HVAC by far offered me the most reasonable price and ultimately won me over with their professionalism and customer service. Junior and Lance came out to my home to diagnose my unit and do the repairs. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional from start to finish. By the end I had a mini education on home AC systems along with several recommendations for maintenance to help me avoid issues in the future. Do yourself a favor and call Dr. HVAC for all your AC needs!

This A/C company is by far the best I have ever dealt with! Riccardo's knowledge and professionalism was outstanding! He was very honest and didn't try to upsell us at any time. He took his time to explain everything with our A/C and did the necessary maintenance that was required, and the price was very affordable!! I will only ever call this company in the future. I've had a brand new AC unit installed and it went so great that a year later, I reached out to Dr HVAC to change out my mini split in my home addition. The only reason I did not call at first was because I live further away but I was really not happy with the local companies I dealt with, who seemed a bit shady or were just not punctual for quotes which is a big NO in my book. After explaining to Nadira what my priorities where in a unit, I was able to get exactly what I needed at a very fair and honest price. I know this for sure because a previous company quoted me a ridiculous amount for the same unit a few weeks prior but I knew it was way overpriced and I'm glad I walked away. They're extremely professional, responsive, arrive exactly on time, BOTH times. Polite and always clean up, you never even know they were there! I would 100% recommend Chris and his team for your HVAC needs.

It was that time of the year to have our AC systems serviced and I found this local AC company via Google and I really liked what I read in the reviews. The reviews are spot on and this company is top-notch. They arrived on time and the communication was perfect. They were professional and affordable. If you're looking to have AC work done in your home or business be sure to give them a call. I promise you you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend. They will be my go-to AC company from here on out.
