AC broke on Saturday, called the next day and I had a new system inside and out 2 days later. They explained the issue, showed me the problems and gave me advice. They are very knowledgeable and respectful. Ricardo is an outstanding professional and the team of techs were very courteous and respectable and quick.

Update: We got the Unit in April of 2023. The system works fine still in Jan 2025 however, the HEATER which we never had a reason to turn on, does not. I tried calling to have it looked at but it appears the company is closed, so no maintenace and no warranties.

When my AC was stuck and couldn't cool below 77 I called Dr. HVAC. They initially gave me a few reasonably priced options for troubleshooting, and when that didn't work they gave me a great price on replacement. The technicians we knowledgeable and friendly and the office kept me up to date with the timeline. I decided on Monday that I needed a new AC and by end of the day Tuesday I had one. Great service and great experience.

I would highly recommend Dr. HVAC to anyone needing any help with their A/C. They were professional and prompt from the initial estimate to the completion of the work. The staff and installers are very nice and were easy to work with, plus they gave me a reasonable price for all the work that was done. I am overall very happy and satisfied with the company.

Adam & Ken are great technicians & nice gentlemen. Having trusted home care is critical to me. After a few repairs, I asked Dr. HVAC for a preventative maintenance program to ensure proper upkeep by someone who knows my system long-term! I have had a few repairs with excellent fast service & a photo record of everything. They also care for my son’s house. Really superb service & I highly recommend them.

Dr hvac was local to me and i called to have a minisplit installed at my shop, i talked to chris originally. he was nice and to the point , then a guy named jr came and did a perfect install

Very personable employees. Junior was very thorough when he inspected our HVAC units. Ricardo did a great job with the cleaning/maintenance. A little pricey, but I found it was worth the money. I was just a little confused because Junior told me they needed Freon, but Ricardo said the levels were fine.

I've used Dr. HVAC twice now for two separate properties. Each time was a pleasant experience. They were prompt to get to me the same day as well as prompt with their work. Prices are great compared to other AC competitors I called. I'm so pleased that I've opted to go with them for a regular service contract. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service came they came in and did a thorough job. Ricardo is amazing any questions you ask he answers them without hesitation. He made sure to not only complete his task, but to make sure you he left you completely satisfied. My AC unit is working better than ever highly recommend this company there a 10 out of 10, their customer service is phenomenal.

Bump up to 5 stars!! The booster I had installed 6 weeks ago stopped working and I was back to square 1. I had an emergency situation and I was able to get everything resolved in a timely manner. Chris and Junior were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I’m very happy with the pricing and the install quality of my new unit. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Service was great and timely. Dispatch fee was very fairly priced. Chris came out right on time and was very kind and professional. He answered all of my questions and gave me a quote to replace my entire unit. However, I was hoping he would offer me a booster to fix the overload problem and he didn’t. I had a booster installed and it fixed my problem without having to change my condenser.

My AC unit was giving me a confusing signs and make life very stressed, I CANNOT think about being with AC in my home, Ive tried my best to keep update with everything with little that I have. Then my AC does something crazy..... it doesn't shut off but the AC still works..... So I waste no time at all and call a few companies. I decided to try Dr HVAC over Jack Rabbit, they did not disappoint. The appointment was later in the day so I can try to make it home a little early, luckily I received a text message to inform me about an AC technician on the way right when I was almost home, which was very helpful. Then Ricardo contacted me and said he was on the way to let me know which was very helpful, I can tell he was a very friendly person over the phone. As I first greeted him and showed him the issue, he immediately knew what was the problem already and explained it to me in very simple terms so I could understand, I really appreciate his knowledgeable speaking tone is more towards educating and informing you about your options and what type of appliance you have. Not many people can do this, I immediately feel confident he could take care of anything I had a problem with. He did the full Repair he also went beyond on doing a full checkup and informing me on ways about how to cool my house. This was an amazing experience I'm very grateful I had an opportunity to not only have my appliance fixed but to feel respected and treated right. I highly recommend their service and please ask for Ricardo.
