I called Sammy's to convert a brand new stove purchased from Lowe's from natural gas to propane. Sammy's gave a quote of 90.00 plus parts.. Well they sent two incompetent men who never did a conversion. It took them 3 hours and the bill was $325.00. They didn't even know how to make out a receipt. All it says it the price and no sales tax or parts or labor. I feel totally cheated. One brand new stove $450.00 plus installation $325.00 was way out of line. I will never call Sammy's again.

Our air wasn’t cooling on a Sunday. Called Sammy’s left a message and got a text almost immediately saying Sammy would be in the way shortly. Came right out and got us AC again. Always the best service

We had to have our unit replaced after Hurricane Michael. Sammy came out and looked at it himself, the day after we made a call, and we made an appointment for the install the next morning at 8:30. His employees were here promptly at 8:30 and were very respectful and professional. He has always been very responsive to any questions I have, even up until currently. *** the person who had them come out to convert their stove??? Hello... I don’t recall his business was gas/electrical. And the other 1 star because they charged too much for installation. Here’s something to ponder, ever thought they over estimated on purpose? Maybe too busy or can’t warranty the unit since it’s not theirs. Just a thought.

I called early Saturday morning and received a phone call back shortly after. The lady was very courteous on the phone and stated they had a tech in route this way for another job and he would head straight to me thereafter. The tech arrived named Rick. He was very courteous and had our a/c repaired in no time! Highly recommended this company!

I called Sammy getting a quote for a new ac. Sammy was 1200 dollars cheaper than the others. 2 days later his crew was at the house installing the new unit. Sammy came by, checked the work and made sure we were satisfied with the job. Sammy and his crew are professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Sammy's to anyone.

Sammy’s heating and cooling services our the best. When his company does a job for you it not done until it completed. What I mean is that if there’s a problem with the service that was done you call and if not himself someone from his company comes immediately.
