Sammy has been to my house on multiple occasions through the years. Always shown up when I called him. Our unit finally bit the dust and we had Sammy come out and give quote for a new system.A few days later on our scheduled appointment, his crew arrived and completed the job before I could get home. Professional in every aspect. Sammy made arrangements with his carpenter to cut in a door for the unit inside. Excellent craftsmanship. The house was cleaner when I got home than when I left. Precise, accurate, and clean work. I will always use Sammy and his team.

Just had Sammy replace my 20+ year old unit. The service was professional ,the area was left clean the employees were friendly. Would highly recommend.

Great company! Very reasonable with prices great service and professional employees. My poor old unit could not be fixed they were able to get a new system and it was installed the next day. Brand new furnace and AC system was installed in attic as well as the unit outside. They we’re very careful and took preventative measures to protect my original wood floors from any possible damage while installing. I would definitely recommend Sammie’s heating and cooling.

This is the second time we have used Sammy for servicing our ac units. Once again, they were here within an hour of calling them, and within 30 minutes our ancient unit was up and running. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Wish I could give more than 5 stars, they are prompt, professional, and more than reasonably priced. Given the age of our unit, we asked for a quote to replace it. We decided to order the new unit, and were told they would be back in two or three days to install. These guys should be doing customer service tutorials-- that is how amazing and professional they are.

Our A/C went out late in the evening and we filled out the contact form on their website requesting service. They called us first thing in the morning to confirm we needed service. In roughly 2 hours they arrived. Rick and Landen were awesome. They were professional, informative and friendly. They got our A/C up and running in no time. Would recommend Sammy's to anyone going through a 'hot' spot with their air conditioning.

Response: So youre not shady, but you lied about having called and spoken to my husband to "make it right" he never got a phone call after this review was posted and neither did my dad whose number is also on the account. Not a great look. UPDATE: We called a different company out and they have been AMAZING. We found out that Sammys didnt properly vacuum the coolant when they moved the unit. When they installed the system and charged it back up, since they didnt do it properly the first time, air and moisture got in the line and caused a leak. This is a SHADY COMPANY. We used Sammy's to move our unit when we bought our used manufactured home. The price was right and they stored it until we were ready to install it. Well a few months later we started having problems with our AC cooling. My husband called to have them come out and the woman he spoke to LAUGHED at him when he asked how much it was going to cost for them to come out. She responded with a snarky tone "I don't know what's wrong so how am I going to give you a quote" customer service goes a long way and I find it hard to believe they don't have a "service and diagnostic fee" we won't use them again because of that interaction. We found another local company that gave us wonderful customer service and a service quote! He was even driving when my husband called and he pulled over to make sure he serviced our address. THAT is customer service, take note sammys.

Our AC went out over the weekend….of course during a “Hotter than hell’s front porch” heatwave. On Monday morning @ 8am first thing we called Sammy’s service and a very nice person set us up with an appt in the queue. Within 30 minutes we received a call and by 930 Sammy arrived and serviced our AC resolving the issue. He was professional accommodating and informative and the price he charged was fair. We will definitely be using Sammy’s for all our AC maintenance and repairs in the future.
