Llame por un componente eléctrico, me dijeron que había, al llegar al lugar los señores del mostrador le explico que había llamado, me dijeron que no tenia lo que necesitaba, no hicieron las más mínima acción de buscar otra solución, ni buscar a la persona que yo había hablado etc..mi experiencia no fue buena...

Says the store is opened, I call and a lady answers saying we are closed. I ask if she can just check if they have a product in store, once again she says sorry we are closed. Then why pick up the phone at all?

Anytime we are doing business in South Florida, Mercedes Electric is our favorite spot. A nice mix of commercial and residential products. If you prefer Square D, which we DO then look them up.

Counter area is well stock with all the top brands.
