Worst service recieved in the US. I work with graybar around the country, these guys are not helpful, no initiative for anything. I'm looking forward to finishing project here in Miami to avoid dealing with them.

They can never pick up the phone and Austin ford always ring go to voicemail. Please fixed this

Not pleasant. I spoke to sales person on the phone and told him I was on my way. He said, the person at counter would be able to assist. I was greeted kindly by the person at the counter, who said he was limited to the product I was looking for and that I needed to speak to person who I spoke on the phone. They had me wait and after a 10 min., I was told the person was too busy to see me. They gave me the his contact information and was asked to email my request. That was not acceptable, especially if I made the effort to drive to the location. I could have easily saved an hour of travel time.

They used to have this guy Nick at the counter until he transferred to Ft. Lauderdale in 2018. He was the best! Knew all the part numbers and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He also worked with Sandra at the sales counter. Between the two of them, they knew just about everything electric and comm-data. They were the best ever! The original A-Team.
