Pyke Mechanical is simply the best! Our technician Alex went above and beyond to remedy our AC issue and took the time to call us to explain the problem and what he was doing to fix it. All steps from purchasing to delivery to the Mini-Split product set up went very well. The operation of the Mini-Split is perfect. It is quiet, it is cool, the air is blown out with louvers going up and down and side to side to disperse the cool air throughout. We give this product and it's support team 5 stars.
