Constraction reviews in Miami Beach, Florida

As a working mom, I’ve been wanting to fix up our backyard so my kids could have a nice area to play while I work from home. It was always a bit of a mess, and I had no idea where to start. Kennys was honestly a lifesaver!

From the beginning, they helped me figure out a beautiful and practical solution for the space—and even made sure it had that high-end look I dreamed of (without breaking the bank!). What I appreciated the most was how thoughtful they were during the whole process. They covered my floors and furniture with plastic, kept everything super clean, and the whole job was done in just a few hours.

They even helped me with payment options, which made it so much more manageable. I’m beyond grateful for the care and professionalism they showed. Now my kids have a lovely spot to play, and I can work with peace of mind.

Thank you, Kennys! Highly recommend—100%!

I recently had my bathroom remodeled by Vista Construction and Remodeling, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team's professionalism throughout the entire process was truly impressive, and the final outcome looks absolutely high-end, with every detail beautifully finished. Special thanks to Kennys for your patience in working with my designer and for taking the time to make such valuable recommendations that really made a difference. I’m already looking forward to my next project with Vista – highly recommended!

Our shop is 1500 sq feet and the roof was a min of 30 years old. Due to lack of maintenance, the walls rotted and the place became unusable. Thank you Kennys Brando for making what seemed impossible possible! Not only possible but a well crafted affordable type of possible! Vista Construction & Remodeling is the real deal!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Vista Construction and Remodeling for a complete home renovation, including my living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and the experience was truly top-tier. From start to finish, they delivered a high-end, luxury remodel that exceeded my expectations. Their white-glove service was impeccable—they expertly packed and stored all my furniture during construction and took care of every detail, ensuring a stress-free process.

The team worked seamlessly with my designer, incorporating every custom detail and design specification to perfection. Once the project was complete, they handled the white-glove delivery, carefully reinstalling all my belongings exactly as planned. Walking into my beautifully renovated home was like stepping into a dream brought to life.

Of course, every renovation project has its challenges, but what truly set Vista apart was their commitment to customer service, excellent communication, and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you, Kennys and Dario, for your dedication and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a professional contractor who offers luxury remodeling services and a smooth, high-end renovation experience, Vista is the team you can trust.

Vista Construction and Remodeling handled the framing, shell, and structural work for my project—and they were amazing from start to finish. They created detailed renderings of my design, brought in an interior designer to improve the layout, and helped me make smarter use of the space. They managed all permits and delivered everything on time. If you want a team that truly understands high-end remodeling, Vista is it!

I hired Vista Construction and Remodeling for a home addition, and they exceeded expectations. They handled everything, from permits to shell and structural work, quickly and professionally. The high-end finish was exactly what I was hoping for. They kept the site clean and were respectful of my neighbors throughout the process. It’s rare to find a team this organized and considerate. Highly recommend them for any luxury home construction or structural remodeling.

I recently had my kitchen and bathroom remodeled by Vista Construction, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Like with any construction project, the permitting process can be a bit of a headache, but what made the difference was the transparency and honesty throughout. From day one, the team was clear about the steps, costs, and timelines, which made me feel confident and at ease.

The office staff was always polite, helpful, and responsive, which made communication smooth. No construction project is ever truly “easy,” but Vista made it worth it. The quality of the work speaks for itself, and I’m so thankful I chose a company that genuinely cares about both the job and the client. Highly recommend them!

We recently did a big remodel with Vista Construction and Remodeling, added rooms, created a playroom for the kids, updated the bathrooms and laundry, and put in all new flooring. It came out beautiful and really feels like a high-end home now.

What I really appreciated was how honest Kennys was about the costs of the finishes I wanted. He even suggested better options that saved us money but looked just as good, if not better.

Construction is never easy, but they were organized, responsive, and made it so much easier to go through. Super grateful and definitely recommend them if you're planning a major home renovation.

In April of 2023, I contacted Kennys with Vista Construction who promptly returned my call. Being that our property was on South Beach and having heard nightmare stories about contractors here in south Florida, I was already impressed. We ended up contracting with them to redo a master bathroom and kitchen. We ended up doing several more changes along the way but in dealing with Vista Construction, I was blown away at how they knew how to deal with the city. They also handled moving our furniture out, storing it for the duration of the project and then returning it - without one item damaged! What a stress reliever that was!
They also knew who to contact for our kitchen and Kennys actually met us at the kitchen design center to help in our facilitation of getting things done the way we wanted them done. In all we did or wanted to do with our unit, we were never told NO!
The suggestions that were made by Dario, our project foreman, were incredible and we followed his recommendations all the way. They made our dream come true and we now have a condo that fits our lifestyle perfectly!
After the project completion we still have been in contact for minor issues and have always gotten a response and more importantly, a resolution! I consider them friends who I have recommended to others! I think the pics I have added to this post really tell the full story! My advice to anyone is - you could never go wrong in having them do your project. They are trustworthy and their goal is to have your goal come to life! Thank you Kennys and Dario for a job well done. You will always have our gratitude in doing what you did!

John es muy honesto, él hizo un gran trabajo.

Homerun Advisor did a great job on the 40 year recertification of my building (which involved a building wide electrical changeout), and they did it quickly and at a very reasonable cost.

I had a great experience with the 40-year inspection. The process was quick, efficient, and very well handled from start to finish. The team was professional, thorough, and clearly knew what they were doing, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of the work. Everything was completed on time without any unnecessary delays. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing a reliable and high-quality inspection.

John and his team remodeled our whole Condominium Association reception area and foyer in Aventura. Great work!

I needed a chandelier replaced and a foyer light installed. . Two men showed up on time and did the job efficiently and quickly.

John & his team renovated our master bath shower. He was responsive, and attended to all concerns we had. Overall we were really pleased with their work. I would highly recommend.
