Constraction reviews in Miami Beach, Florida

Great attention to detail, cool design and super clean job. Could not be happier, fully recommend Jose and his crew!!

Excellent work and service . The product is the best quality, and the planning and execution was very professional and delivered on time. I highly recommend Smart Modull in any project you have for your home or office.

Jose and his company did a fabulous job on our kitchen. I was very happy with the renovation project, and attention to detail that was given to my massive new kitchen. I highly recommend the company to existing and future clients. Thank you

Travis took the time to inspect everything carefully and explain the mold remediation process in detail. From identifying moisture sources to completing the cleanup, the team made sure our home was safe and restored properly. Their professionalism really gave us peace of mind.

We had water damage show up behind our bathroom wall after a plumbing issue, and it quickly became clear mold could be a concern. From the very first call, the team was calm, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They walked us through the inspection results, explained the remediation process clearly, and started work right away. The crew was respectful of our home, kept everything clean, and made sure we could still use the affected areas when possible. Their understanding of moisture control and mold prevention really put us at ease.
