Servpro did excellent work in handling a recent remediation. As expected, they were professional and capable but, just as importantly, the team was extremely customer service oriented. Customer focus was critical to me, especially given the issues that invariably arise during a complex job. I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience with Servpro of Miami Beach was so frustrating that I had to share.
The cleanup crew was great—professional and efficient. My issue is with the office and billing department.
I forwarded my insurance policy to Servpro, unaware that I had a specific EMS (emergency mitigation services) limit. They had my policy, yet still charged $1,800 over my coverage—without ever informing me. Even my insurance company reached out to request an invoice adjustment, and Servpro refused.
They also expect full payment within 30 days—even if your insurance payout hasn’t arrived. If you’re late, they tack on interest, late fees, and even file a lien on your property.
I would never use this company again. The field crew did their job well, but the management side was completely unprofessional and, in my opinion, unethical.

I’m really happy with their team and Liza as their representative for our property. She is really hands on manager and great follow up what is most important with them you don’t have to repeat twice for service. I highly recommend them.

I high recommend the servpro for any remediation services. I got home from a trip on a Saturday at 12 am and my ceiling had collapsed. It was a nightmare. There was water and drywall everywhere. I called servpro at 5 am the following Sunday. I told them what happened and also advised I had dealt with a previous company who robbed us blind in a similar situation. Servpro had someone show up to my house by 10 am to asses the situation and begin the mitigation process. Everyone is super professional and understanding of the situation. I was and am very happy with their services and work. Very clean from beginning to end.

Sir Clean’s team was highly professional and worked hard to complete the job in the time allowed. I started communicating with Sir Clean months ahead for a quote and to plan for an estate clear out and clean-up, including hoarder clean up. Quotes and pricing were explained from the start; Sir Clean was responsive. Once on-site the job was much larger than I or Sir Clean anticipated. Sir Clean coordinated extra resources and staff to get the job done in the three days I had scheduled and continuously communicated with me any and all cost changes. Andrea and his team were amazing. Clearing out a family estate is an emotional process and Sir Clean was sensitive to that factor while insuring the job got done, cleared, cleaned and sanitized! The final bill was more than initially quoted, but still completely reasonable for all the work. And I feel I paid for a great service, from a reliable and professional team, something that isn’t always easy to find. I highly recommend Sir Clean.

The team was professional, courteous, and most importantly, they did a great job! This was a post construction cleaning, so everything was dusty and dirty. I can happily move in with confidence that my house is clean.

Here's a Company that is shady. From start to finish a HORRIBLE experience. So much so, I had to finish half of the remaining portion of the cleaning of my parents condominium. The staff sent complained about everything the moment they arrived. Workers they sent weren't straightforward and try to nitpick and take their time with everything so they can charge more. To top it off, I mentioned to the lady to be very careful and NOT go through my parents medication on the side of the fridge door. She completely ignored me and threw away $500+ worth of medication. When speaking to the owner, he said, "Oh well I'm sorry but those are the hours and that's how much it is." Took no consideration to the fact they didn't finish the job cause of how slow they where working nor the fact they threw out the medicine. Horrible experience; will never use them again in my life, first and last time... wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
