Constraction reviews in Miami Beach, Florida

I have an office in Miami, I called Sir Clean for a mold remediation job, the crew were so profesional, they show up on time with all the necessary equipment.

Excellent service, fast and really professional, 100% recommended. Thanks Sir Clean for all your help. I'll definitely going to use this company again.

Amazing Job my apartment looks brand spanking new. I can't believe how clean and fresh it is. They were extremely thorough and polite. I was honestly amazed and I will be using them again for sure in the future. Thank you Sir Clean Miami.

Very professional!!! Best service hands-down in my opinion. Very detailed, clean, and puts passion into his work I highly recommend this company..

Asking for payment without even an agreement!
Called in the morning asking for a quote for move-in deep cleaning next week. After providing all the details, I was told they would provide the total estimate "today". After repeated phone and email follow-ups, 11pm they finally sent an email saying - already told you the hourly rate, please provide your credit card for deposit. That is they ask for payment without even telling me if they had availability next week, and when and how many people to send. Having to call over and over again, and now they were telling no availability next week.
Makes one wonder how many genuine reviews are there, for a company that wants to charge without service or even an intent to fulfill.

I like to highlight the wonderful people from Sir Clean Corp, They are not only stellar professional but also humans. I like to add that they had the opportunity to heavily charge me but they gave me a discount instead due to my situation. this is outstanding and unusual in the US and I like to mention it. Thx very much , Andreas ( Sir Clean)!

I recently had my house tented for termites. The house was left a mess, with dead bugs and wings everywhere. Plus the termite company walked over the house with their work boots... There was no way I could clean the house myself. I called Andrea from Sir Clean, and he assured me they would take care of it!
Two employees came to my home and were excellent! They thoroughly cleaned the whole house, and came back two days later to deep clean the windows and blinds. They were courteous, and listened to whatever my requests were. They showed me each job upon completion, to make sure it was to my satisfaction.
Thank you Sir Clean for helping me get my home back to normal after a very traumatic experience with a termite infestation. I will highly recommend you again!
Take care!

Excelent customer service and on time

Sir Clean is the most professional and effective clean company I have worked with. They are very punctual, diligent and careful. Their services are excellent and they really cared about their customers satisfaction. Their personnel was very respectful and honest. I will definitely continue working with them in the future.

Wow, Andrea and his team provided above and beyond service! They did tasks that I didn’t even expect and I’ve had several cleaning companies in the past but this company did an outstanding job! I will be using this company for services from now on. I got more than I paid for, so they exceeded my expectations... thank you to Sir Clean!

Excellent move-in / deep clean - and not just by "South Florida" standards, but by truly professional standards. Crew of 4 were exceptionally thorough - everything from the basics to little things like sliding door tracks and light fixtures (bulbs and all). Very professional, very responsive, very friendly. Pricing was fair for the level of service. Would highly recommend for move-in, and looking forward to continuing with them on a "normal" basis as well.

Wow! Incredible attention to the customer and the customer needs. Fortunate to meet the owners as well during my incredible experience and it was a pleasure getting to know the company even better through them. Looking for a serious and professional experience, look no further, Sir Clean stands out among the rest. Looking forward to working with them again!

Professional Remediation in Miami.
We collaborate with them and they are highly recommend

This is a great company such class & professionalism by Mr. Andrea Codelano. Was very easy to work with & very prompt as far as timing & availability. Not to mention the job there company does, all his employees are good workers & trust worthy that I left in my house alone & everything was left perfect & not to mention how good of a job they did. I swear they left my house cleaner than when I first bought it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Very good pricing for the quality of work & gives you good details as to how the job will be done, thank you Andrea & Anasofia, working with both of you was a pleasure.

I am the property manager of one of the most beautiful houses on Sunset Island 2 in Miami Beach. Andrea and the entire Sir Clean staff are very dedicated and attentive to all details and their job results are simply fantastic !! Also very reliable whenever a fast solution is needed. Thank you so much Sir Clean, you guys are the best !!

Sir Clean is an amazing commercial cleaning company...they did an awesome job cleaning my place and left everything absolutely spotless. Not only that, but they were super friendly, professional and fast! If you're looking for a great cleaning company for a reasonable price in Miami, Sir Clean is the best, hands down!

I am sure that my company entrusted to them will always be at its maximum splendor! The kindness of Andrea and his staff is excellent, highly recommended!

Fantastic job and equally important, trust worthy. I had an estimate from servepro that had them taking apart my whole kitchen after my washer leaked. It seemed ridiculous so got a second opinion. Andrea from Sir Clean came in, after seeing the estimate, and got the job done for 1/4 of the price without ripping my kitchen apart. Andrea could have charged my just a bit of a discount on what he knew Servepro was charging after seeing the estimate, but he did not. He gave me a reasonable price and did not rip things apart. We got a mold inspection and lab test done afterwards and it came out completely clear. That saved me money and a lot of headache finding someone to clean up the mess servepro was was going to make unnecessarily.

Used this company twice for deep cleanings of a property that was very much in need… Andrea and his team were so thorough and detailed from start to finish. They moved from room to room together deep cleaning every surface, nook and cranny leaving the house looking and feeling completely transformed.

We hire Sir Clean for a water damage and mold remediation in my apartment.
They were professional and very respectful of my belongings, and they make as well a detailed deep cleaning and sanitation.
Highly recommended 👌

Amazing customer service from Sir Clean. I am traveling and needed a job done quickly and was able to get an accurate estimate in a very short amount of time. Excellent professionalism from their team.
