This is not a legitimate business; the website and 5 star reviews are a front for an amateur operation that can't manage appointments and likely doesn't even have employees or office space besides the two people on cell phones. Both times we tried to leverage their services, I booked a week ahead of time, and both times they texted on the day of after the arrival window to try to reschedule because they coudn't supply a cleaner. We gave them another chance after the first cleaning because it's so hard to find a compentent business in this city. I called and provided specific feedback/requests, agreed cost and requirements, scheduled, and was assured that we were good. Day of was texted 30 min into the scheduled arrival time. When I called, was told there was no record of the notes, agreement, etc. I've asked for my account, billing, and personal data to be deleted and they have not yet complied. Stay far away from these people regardless of how desperate you are to find a competent cleaning company.

Their service is very fast and high quality; I recommend it to everyone.

I was recommend Miami Elite Maids from one of my coworkers, they came in and pressure washed the entire exterior of my house for a great price and did an amazing job. The team even threw in some extra freebies I was super happy with them overall.

We were appalled with the “move in ready” condition of our apartment at The Flamingo and the two individuals from Elite Maids were incredibly thorough, kind, and detail oriented, finally making our new apartment a livable dwelling. I had a truly terrible experience with this company, and I want to share my frustrations. My service was scheduled for 10 AM, but they didn’t arrive until 12 PM. The cleaning itself was subpar, and when I tried to call for assistance afterward, I received no response.

When booking, I was given a tentative quote based on the size of my home and additional services, which was $349. A few days later, I received an email with the subject line "quote," but there was no attachment. Instead, I got two calls at 9:30 PM—an inappropriate time for business—along with rude text messages from the company threatening to sue me for non-payment. I had not even received a proper quote or payment instructions at that point.

After numerous messages, I finally received a quote via email of $450, followed by a text with a quote of $400, along with a payment link and a condescending message saying I was being given "slack" despite not deserving it. After I paid the $400, I noticed charges for cleaning and a late fee, which I found unjustified. They even attempted to charge my card without my consent, despite my request for a proper quote before payment.

I initially intended to use their services bi-weekly, but after being called a thief for wanting a better deal, I reconsidered. It's hard to trust a company that fails to address poor service and resorts to threats instead. I’m sharing this review, complete with photos for proof, to warn future clients about the unprofessional treatment you might encounter if you choose to hire this company.

We had an outstanding experience with Michael and his team. They did a thorough and excellent job, particularly with the bathrooms. I think they went over and above to ensure the house was done the way we wanted and also to handle some organization. It was a great experience and we'd love to have Miami Elite Maids cleaning service regularly!

Great cleaning with Mike & Theresa. I was grateful to take an opening on a Saturday. They arrived in the two-hour window assigned to start. They went above and beyond, both with deep cleaning and tidying tasks. I was speechless seeing my place in such good shape. Solid service. I look forward to booking with them again.

Dave from Mr. Steemer came to clean my Mexican tile floor that looked like it had never been cleaned! We bought the home recently knowing the floors needed cleaning, I spoke with other contractors and decided to use Mr. Steemer based on the conversation. Dave was very polite and professional, after speaking with him on the job, I would also say he’s very trustworthy! I'm glad to highly recommend Dr.Steemer service because the whole experience with this company was pleasant from placing my oder till the actual result.
We had horrible male cat's pee on our textile sofa in the living room. I did silly thing and tried to clean it by myself, but only worsted the situation. The sofa can be treated with the dry clean only.
Dr.Steemer representative asked for the pictures or the spot and pictures of all the labels we have on our sofa. After actual investigation of our sofa at home Dr.Steemer PRO gave as a fair quote altogether with detailed explanation on how the cleaning will be perform, what result to expect afterwards. We were instructed about after-procedure sofa usage. The sofa required the second treatment, what was performed by the specialist (free of charge). Now the sofa is almost like new.

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Only posting a 1 star because 0 is not an option. Have never experienced a more poorly run, unprofessional "company". Terrible from the start, Cancelled my appointment multiple times with no notice. Then, they cleaned my couch and absolutely destroyed it. The solution they used interacted with my couch fabric and left bright green stains all over the couch. They claimed to have filed an insurance claim for replacement but said it was denied. Refused to work with me to fix the problem. Issue went on for months, they started not answering phone calls and not returning calls. When they did answer, they often would hang up on me. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
