Shmuli did a fantastic job in cleaning my couch. He was able to remove stains that were several years old and left it smelling like clean laundry. I would highly recommend him and his team for any fabric cleaning needs.

We had an amazing experience at Rugsies, they cleaned the area rug extremely well, they were very professional. The area rug was a very expensive and delicate rug and they treated with careful. I suggest to speak with Shmuli who is the best gentleman.

We recently moved and made arrangements for a cleaning and within two days, Orlando arrived to our home in Coconut Grove to clean our furniture. Orlando and his skills definitely surpassed our expectations, as our furniture now looks amazing and even better than when we initially purchased it.

We have been using Rugsies sister company, Sudsies for years. Because of the quality and professionalism of Sudsies, we started using Rugsies for all our carpet, drapery and upholstery cleaning. To our amazement, they are as good as Sudsies! I feel like asking if we are really in Miami with this type of quality and service. I rarely, if ever, write reviews because but I am compelled to here because of the quality and customer service is so rare in these types of businesses. I would give both these companies 6 Stars if it were possible. Rugsies shows up on time, their team speaks English, they clearly articulate services, provide and their professional recommendations before the work even commences. Rugsies team is trustworthy and they do not try to bait and switch on pricing like a lot of other carpet/home cleaning services do. I will continue to use both companies with pleasure and extreme confidence. I hope the owners read these reviews because they should know how happy we are with their services.

Shmuli has come to our rescue several times. He has cleaned carpets in my home and several rental properties. Always a great job... fast and clean. He also did the common areas of a condominium in Miami Shores. I strongly recommend his services and his methodology.

I've used Rugsies for both carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. They are extremely professional and do an amazing job. Unlike other companies, they use this method of cleaning that does not use water. You can walk on the carpets immediately after they clean them! They have been able to get out stains that I thought would never get out.

We were facing 8 weeks of construction while our apartment was being outfitted with sprinklers. We decided to have our carpets cleaned and stored offsite for the duration. Shmuli to the rescue! He and his colleague were phenomenal. They picked up our 4 carpets the day we asked them too and were prepared to return as soon as we were cleaned up and ready. They were gracious in helping us move furniture, roll the carpets out and make sure they were placed properly in each room. And the carpets look fantastic following the cleaning. While all this might appear normal, when searching for a cleaner I found several companies say they would not move furniture and others say they would not store our carpets for even a week. In the process, I discovered Rugsies’ affiliate Sudsies in the process and now use them regularly for our dry cleaning. Also excellent service and cleaning!

Abby, Olivia, Anto, Theresa, and Rhea were outstanding—friendly, professional, enthusiastic, and happy to adapt a deep cleaning of our lived-in furnished home to also include light post-construction cleaning from recent renovations.

The house is now dust-free and smells clean and fresh (with a lightly scented natural multi-surface cleaner). Bathrooms are sparkling, accessories were thoughtfully put back in place, and they paid special attention to hard-to-reach areas like the tops of wall units and the kitchen hearth.

Everything was done with pride, great communication, and a clear team effort throughout the process.

Michael, the owner/manager, truly delivered on his promise of total quality care and made sure our needs were met for this atypical job that combined deep cleaning and post-construction work. They absolutely nailed it.
