This company was amazing! I was able to get my carpet cleaned this morning after making an inquiry yesterday afternoon! & The prices are not bad at all! It was $129 for the cleaning of our 8x10ft area rug! I was able to text the whole time to get information and relay information (no need to call over the phone, just find them online and text the number!) the only time I had to speak on the phone was for 1minute to provide my card details to hold the reservation, they don’t charge you upfront. It’s like making a restaurant reservation.

After that, by today the person coming out for the cleaning texted me when he was 30min away, then once here he went straight in and did the job! He was so sweet too, he told me he was trying hard to get the “white” colors of our carpet back to white, but then I told him those parts of the rug actually aren’t white, they’re off white lol, like an in between of white and beige/tan! When I bought this rug back in 2019, I knew I didn’t want any part of it to be white, just in case there were any spills. Though if I knew about this company in advance, I wouldn’t have even worried about it.

The end result was a clean rug that smelled and looked fantastic! Overall it was super convenient, super quick, a good price, friendly service and they did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them!

Adelson just finished my steam cleaner package for my sofa and large rug. He was very thorough, and fast! And the products they use don’t smell bad at all, they’re actually very pleasant and non toxic. That was something I was worried about so I’m relieved. Book for your steam cleaning. I purchased an area rug that was in a showroom because it's a gorgeous rug that was more than half off. However, it arrived with more stains and divots than appeared in the photo. Tim did a gorgeous job bringing the rug back to life! And setting up this appointment was such a simple process. Amazing company, amazing service, the high rating is so well deserved. Thank you!
