amazing job on cleaning my rug and restoring it to fresh status. removing the stains was pretty hard but they made it look so easy. plus they were also very helpful. two thumbs up for you all!

So I called Heavenly Carpets team and it was the best decision I’ve made. The techs even provided me some really good advice.

They repaired the mortar joints that were falling apart. The improvement is clearly visible. Everything feels solid and secure now. Great workmanship and attention to detail.

The service included a chimney sweep, inspection, and checking the flashing, and everything was done carefully. I didn’t realize how much soot had built up until it was cleaned. The fireplace now burns cleaner and more evenly. It feels much safer to use after the inspection.
