I’m sure this is a great & reliable company, but I just think we had bad luck with the technician we were sent. We requested our l-shaped couch to be cleaned, and with his visit he had completely forgotten to vacuum the L section of the couch. He then had to come back the next day, which was a bit of an inconvenience for us. Furthermore, after further and more detailed inspection - not only by us, but our family as well, there were several other details that he just completely missed. Not too sure we’ll look to book this company again.

Wow they did such an excellent job! Honestly the couch looked good as new after one visit - the only tells were the pulls from having a cat. Will definitely book again!

This company was amazing! I was able to get my carpet cleaned this morning after making an inquiry yesterday afternoon! & The prices are not bad at all! It was $129 for the cleaning of our 8x10ft area rug! I was able to text the whole time to get information and relay information (no need to call over the phone, just find them online and text the number!) the only time I had to speak on the phone was for 1minute to provide my card details to hold the reservation, they don’t charge you upfront. It’s like making a restaurant reservation.

After that, by today the person coming out for the cleaning texted me when he was 30min away, then once here he went straight in and did the job! He was so sweet too, he told me he was trying hard to get the “white” colors of our carpet back to white, but then I told him those parts of the rug actually aren’t white, they’re off white lol, like an in between of white and beige/tan! When I bought this rug back in 2019, I knew I didn’t want any part of it to be white, just in case there were any spills. Though if I knew about this company in advance, I wouldn’t have even worried about it.

The end result was a clean rug that smelled and looked fantastic! Overall it was super convenient, super quick, a good price, friendly service and they did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them!
